One of the owners, William, was amazing. He greeted me when I walked through the door and asked if he could help me find anything. They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, but he took a picture of it and said him and his wife would see if they could order it. The fact that he took a picture of the product to try to see if it’s something they could get in the store just because I was looking for it and they didn’t have it speaks volumes to the customer service they provide. Fortunately, they had another shampoo/conditioner within the same brand that I ended up buying instead. He also helped me find a shampoo for my boyfriend. I loved that he’s tried multiple products in the store and was able to give me recommendations based on his experience. I’m grateful for all the help he provided and the amazing customer service that I received. Definitely will be returning for products that I’ll need in the future.

They had all my favorites for mines and my daughters hair care. They are also willing to get the product you need if they don’t carry it. Its a beautiful couple who owns it and it’s a black owned business. I recommend stopping in and giving them a try!! They we’re celebrating their one year anniversary hince the cupcake 💕

I went in today looking for some products for my family. The shop was clean and very organized. I loved that it here was a variety of brands to suit my needs. William was able to help me select products for my teenage son. He recommended several products for my husband’s bead as well. I highly recommend this store for all of your beauty needs.

Great customer service! I went in and asked the owner for some recommendations for my boyfriend hair (my boyfriend has dry scalp). He did not recommend the most expensive product just to get a sale he actually recommended the right product that would care for my boyfriend hair from his own experiences! The owners are black couple and you can tell they truly care about their customers. 10/10 recommend.

Really great customer service. We visited last week with our sons who needed new hair care products. The owner was patient and helpful the whole process. We appreciate his help and the experience was pleasant. This is a smaller black owned business that deserves to blossom and grow.

The owners are absolutely amazing! There was someone asking for a ride in the parking lot and she watched me and my children to make sure we were safe without me even realizing! The environment was so welcoming. I would definitely recommend everyone to start coming here.

This is the closest black beauty supply store to our house We drive an hour just to come here because they have everything we need and more! They can also special order any items you would like that you can't find anywhere.

Recently visited this hair store . It was clean and organized . They were welcoming as soon as I walked in the door . Excellent customer service . They even have an area to help promote other business . AMAZING ! It was the only store still open that had everything I needed .
