Brilliant! Medical Boutique

I purchased a Golden Lift Chair with Twilight from Brilliant Medical Boutique in September, 2022 at the Fort Worth location. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this company.

I rarely write a review unless I feel like the company and the people excel in customer satisfaction. This extremely professional group definitely meets that criteria. The staff are eager to help and are very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable.

Companies like this, where customer satisfaction is a priority and is practiced, are very rare, valuable and truly a treasure in business today.

We came here to get my mother-in-law fitted for a 4 wheel walker. They had lots of choices to test drive and it was so nice to see them in person vs just a photo on a website. Amy was able to guide us to the Nova Star Lock & Lift, demonstrate all the features, and adjust it to fit.

She adjusted the settings and showed us how easy it was to do it ourselves. We were sold! We walked out with a new walker - a great improvement over the Medicare version.

Totally recommend buying from a local business, plus Amy told us we could bring it back for any needed adjustments.

Thank goodness Brilliant Medical has kept my records for many years, since I lose track of what and when I got bras and a prosthesis. When I called, Susan let me know I was eligible for new bras and a new prosthesis, so I made an appointment. Hannah was very knowledgeable in helping me get the right-sized new products. The staff is friendly, professional and supportive - and collaborative with each other, which I always like to see! I'm so glad they are there!!!!

My husband suffers from severe lymphedema. Two years of misdiagnosis resulted in pancreatitis, ineffectual surgery, and gaping sores requiring recurring visits to the wound clinic. His lymphedema specialist referred us to Brilliant for proper bandages. Then his staff told us about a Golden lift chair that could elevate his feet sufficiently. Finally, RELIEF!
We will be eternally grateful to Kyle and his staff. The customer service they provide is outstanding. We have been cheated twice by online products. Please learn from our expensive mistakes and buy locally from folks who stand behind their products.

I have used this business twice and had outstanding service both times. My aging parents are now in memory care. As their abilities deteriorate I am learning a lot about leasing and buying medical equipment. The employees are very helpful at answering questions and providing insights when you don’t know what to look for. I highly recommend this business!

I had a small emergency with a mail order (from another company) having shipping problems, but these guys had in stock what I needed and were very friendly and helpful about getting it to me as quick as I could drive over there. They turned my emergency into a minor inconvenience, so I will be sure to keep them in mind for the future.
