Had a problem with a Nautilus pool cleaner I bought somewhere else. They took it in. Contacted the manufacturer. Worked out the warranty issues with the manufacturer. Ordered parts needed. Dealt with manufacturer when they sent the wrong part. Fixed it and tested it including installing a newly designed upgrade. Theresa kept me updated regularly and easily went above and beyond to serve her customer. I wish all businesses worked as hard to keep customers happy. I will buy from Green Pools from now on.

Tried to work with Brooks Green, had them come over to order a liner, several weeks later I come to find out he was in the middle of a lawsuit and couldn’t proceed with installing my liner. Refunded My money which was good but I felt as if he chose to punish me for his law suite. Very unprofessional, Don’t attempt to do Buisness here. 👎

Owner was very very rude/ugly to me when they (a pool place) couldn’t get my green pool to clear up. I repeatedly asked them to come out to my pool and they would brush me off and sell me yet another product that didn’t work. Literally blamed me for “letting the pool get green”, um isn’t that what y’all do??? I posted the ugly message they sent me on FB and one of their “employees “ kept ugly commenting on it. Rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend at all!
