Benjamin is the perfect example of outstanding customer service! He was kind, answered questions and put others ahead of me at ease when they couldn’t find their return labels. I just appreciated his smile and how he told them to stop apologizing and that he knows how easy it is to have it ready then get to the counter and can’t find it. The two people ahead of me seemed relieved which just made me smile. The holiday season is stressful enough so having someone who understands makes it a little less stressful.

Benjamin was super nice and fast!! UPS is lucky to have someone like Benjamin representing their company.

Wow they are FAST! The guy that shipped my package seemed to really be trying to be quick and get everyone handled faster than humanly possible. I wanted to thank him, Pat his hand and tell him to pace himself. I love UPS, my packages are always on time. I hope they treat their employees well, because they deserve it.

The employees there were super busy, as it was the holidays, but were all extremely nice and patient.

All of the staff at the UPS store in Gardendale Al, are always so nice and really quick. Although one employee shines a little brighter than the rest. His name is Ben and he is the happiest most friendly young man I have ever encountered!

The sweetest people work here. I've never had a bad customer service experience and they are always so helpful and efficient at their jobs. I appreciate how hard they have been working if the past couple years during the pandemic and there's always a young gentleman there that's giving 100%. He is inspiring. Thank you!

This UPS store changed locations not too long ago. I have been to them many times in their old location and now a couple of times at the new location. They have better parking at the new location. The staff here will take good care of you. I have never had a problem with them. I think they have a little more room to grow here.

Long lines but the employees was friendly and kept the line moving without feeling rushed or any attitude. Was nice to everyone and they was very busy when I went.

The people who work at this location are the most professional customer service personnel I have ever encountered. I needed a few copies of my resume printed, they quickly received and processed my file, then printed the highest quality copy I could ask for. All while helping a store full of other customers. The courteous attitude and extremely pleasant demeanor combined with the excellent service provided by the employees makes me want to go back there for all the services they provide that I may need. Give those folks a raise!

Thank you to sweet Crystal!!! We've had a difficult time finding a place to get fingerprinted for our FC application. We drove out all the way from Trussville. When we showed up, we didn't realize we needed to fill out a form online first. She was kind, helpful, and patient walking us through the process. It was the most pleasant experience we've ever had at a shipping store and made us feel so much gratitude for her kindness. Truly, she's the best!

Needed help with returning 2 items that the sender only gave me 1 label for although I paid for 2, and sender told me to get my own bigger box to send them back. The ladies here at UPS Store in Gardendale helped me use a slightly too small box I had and added some extra cardboard across the top to help seal it, with lots of tape ;) to save me an additional $13 it would have cost to buy a box large enough, after I already paid $30 to the sender for return labels. Thanks sooo much! I really appreciate it! In my process of repacking my 2 boxes into one, I was able to witness 2 other customers whom they also helped with returns that needed a lot of help too. Awesome customer service! Go Gardendale gals!

These people are wonderful to work with. Their work ethics are rare and especially in a day and time where everyone wants it for free. They do work for their money and I am proud to have them in my town.
