We bought furniture from this store and our sales person Mani was awesome. He knows everything about the store and was able to help bring our home to life. If Mani says he is going to make it happen, it happens. Thank you Mani for being a great representation of Rooms To Go. If we ever need new furniture, he will be our guy!

Joseph was incredible!!! He patiently walked me through every detail of my purchase, explained the value of the warranty & how to solve a decorating dilemma that led me to a beautiful ottoman!!! One of the very best customer service agent I have had the pleasure of speaking with. This young lady went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. She was so delightful and so helpful. So here is the deal, Customer Service is not an easy job and she handled it with grace, understanding and so happy to be of service. People like Elizabeth need to be taken care of in my opinion. A pat on the back is nice, but I am asking for a huge increase in pay. At least 5%. Please consider my request and than k you for hiring Elizabeth Martinez.

I had a great experience at Rooms to Go. Our salesman, Muhammed was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Muhammed answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything. We will definitely recommend him to everyone we know looking for furniture. Management was also very helpful Our total experience was excellent.

Adeel was our sales associate. Courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. He was very articulate and thorough explaining delivery and damage control. Would recommend asking for him if you visit this store.

Kenneth McKnight was awesome! He was the first to greet me at the door and it was nothing but respect and common courtesy from then on. He was very helpful and such a knowledgeable man when it came to finding my king size mattress. Very very thankful for how he was and everything he did

Our salesperson Adele was amazing. He was so knowledgeable. He was not pushy! He gave us room to explore on our own, but he was there on time to offer any assistance we may have needed. He made the shopping experience very enjoyable.

We purchased our new living room set here. We were considering a mix matched set up, but was nervous of the outcome. We picked out the Metropolis Sectional in Ink and the Calvin Heights ottoman in Russet. I love it and the room is coming together beautifully. Stephen Chong assisted us and he was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through our thought process. We were going to completely remodel our living room and it came with some odd dimensions along with it being a sunken living room. He was thorough and very clear. He provided professional insight and was sincerely invested in our decision. Be sure to look out for him if you are in the market of some new furniture.

Veronica was the best at the sales end. Costumer service didn't seem to care. Deliver of our mattress and box was good. In the work order the existing mattress and box was to be taken but the delivery service drove off in a rush without taking the old mattress and box. I've called costumer service several times and they say they will help and call back but haven't had a call back to say if they will help.

Our salesperson Adeel was such an active listener. Everything I wanted he was able to provide at an affordable price. We purchased more than planned all because of his willing listen to our desires versus just trying to sell us. We will definitely be going here again for the great service and quality pieces.

Adeel was amazing! He didn’t hover to much just enough for us to still be comfortable. He could tell when we were having a little trouble and would come drop some information and leave which was a good thing, gave us time to talk about it. He knows how to read a room 👌🏼(pun intended 😂). I will definitely be back because of him! He was very personable as well some time you can feel judged by salesman but Adeel was just all round great !

Was able to get a beautiful table through acceptance now at rooms to go. Being able to lease to own is awesome and I’m so happy that rooms to go allows this. Thank you mani for all of your help finding my table!
