It was my first time visiting the store, so a HUGE thank you to Nat. She was very knowledgeable on the products and recommended me the best ones! She really made me feel comfortable and provided outstanding customer service. 10/10, would definitely recommend this place to friends and let them know to get help from Nat! Definitely coming back.

Emily is fantastic. A few & my lady friends and I decided to go on an adventure into Cindies, all curious and interested in exploring the world of exciting things in the bedroom. While there I called my sweetheart & without any hesitation Emily escorted me to a section in the store that met the desired ideas and let’s just say when I got home it was a night him & I will never forget. Recently called the store and the nice lady Nat on the other end was super understanding and kind when it came to helping me find something for my significant other.

Sophia and Emily are very cool and knowledgeable. They even know the brands that the store doesn't carry. They are funny as well.
