The associate working today was so helpful and full of knowledge. With her help I got all the right products and my hair is perfect!

Today I witnessed a rude customer talk down to the employees and try to haggle the prices of products. The customer did not see a price tag so she was demanding the manager override the price to match a price tag of something different. The manager, who I believes name was Rachael, handled the situation very calmly and politely. All while the customer spoke down to her and threatened to make a customer complaint on her personally. The unhappy customer finally left without purchasing anything. I tell this back story to say, these employees were so polite and handled the situation with patience and professionalism.

I visited the store today and while there they were to shoppers that entered without wearing a mask which is mandated by the city. The manager very politely asked them to please put on a mask and I was given a hard time back. She was very professional and very calm and just explain very simply that that was the city mandate and that her employee should be following that at all times gave them a mask from behind the counter and it was a very easy interaction. I am a high risk so I can’t tell her how much I appreciated her efforts. It would be much easier just to let them shop without even asking them to put on a mask but she did the right thing and I applaud her for it

I really wish i would've caught the girls name who was working the day shift today, because she was great! She took a moment to greet me as soon as i walked in the door even though she was in the middle of helping another customer. And as soon as she finished helping him she came over to me and asked if I was finding everything okay. I was looking for something to tone down my brassy blonde highlights and she was very knowledgeable about the specific toners and developers and helped me pick what would work best for my hair. I am VERY picky with my hair and very hesitant about buying ANYTHING that could possibly damage my hair or not give me the results i want, but i felt very confident with what i bought after her help!

The service is amazing, I love going into this store! Very friendly workers and great environment to shop in! By far the best customer service and the manager jamie is also so kind and is working a great environment in her store!

The store was crazy great... Found what I needed super fast... The woman working there was very polite and have me a great idea for my hair.. honestly this will be my nee sally's. Thank you for being great!!!

I shop here all the time. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Love the rewards program helps me to save even more money on top of their great prices.

The past 3 times we've been in this store ALL of the ladies were polite, friendly and answered all of my questions!! One of the ladies even talked with one of my daughters about music. Some business disregard being friendly beyond the sale but that isn't the case here!!

I've always liked this Sally's. They are friendly and helpful I wish there stock was not out of certain colors at times in the liquid Age Beautiful. Always a clean facility.
