Paige and Andrew are awesome, my brother in law bought a freezer and they were very helpful. They took the time to explain things and talk to us. We didn't feel like we were being rushed.
They have excellent customer service, I'm from out of town ,but when we come back to visit my In Laws, we'll go see, Paige and Andrew.
For the last 3 days we've been to all the Lowe's and Home Depot in the surrounding area. This is the ONLY Home Depot that we were made to feel welcome... we talked like we have been friends for ever.
After we paid and walked out to my truck, my brother in law, realized that they had the wrong address, therefore we went back inside to get it changed. Andrew changed the delivery address with no problems...
We continue to talk about more products, that we wanted. They truly are an asset to Home Depot. They also have a great personality....
Paige, Andrew you'll are truly an asset to Home Depot..... I hope to see you'll when we come back to Oklahoma City to visit the In Laws. This was at the Edmond Home Depot

I ordered a few bricks to go under my patio to keep my puppy from crawling underneath. The lady that brought out my curbside order was really nice.

I have went here with family on 8Feb2020 to buy some home needs. We have bought Day light LED Lights, base plates for Plant pots, door hanging Hangers, Hair Cather snake stick. The staff are customer friendly. Very big shop and everything is available here. Lot of variety of stuff those required for entire house is available.
Lights are working great. I need to wait to see how long they going to run. I hope they will go good as I trust Home Depot materials.

OMG Ms Jayda and Ms Sylvia helped this Veteran get back on track! I was trying to checkout and since I have been away so long everything had to be renewed! They were so helpful explaining the new system (new to me self checkout was fun) and letting me know how to update my account. Thank you for your service you two!

I placed a curbside order at 3:39 today, waited for about an hour before I called the front desk to check on my simple order of a peg board. The woman on the other end (unsure of her name) rudely informed me that it wasn’t ready yet and would be ready within two hours of the time I placed the order. She let me know they were busy and would get to it when they got to it. I was already in the parking lot and it was certainly not busy. I waited another hour for the confirmation text and just decided to go in myself. A gentleman by the name of Ashton went and personally picked my order and handled the transaction with the utmost respect and care, it took a total of 7 minutes from the time I went inside. Thanks Ashton!

Need to come up with a device where you can ask the question in the store where a certain item is and it can give you the aisle number.. also, your chance to win 5,000 gift card doesn't work. I entered my ID and password three different times and I did not make any mistakes and it said invalid so that needs some attention.

Bryan Thompson (Associate) is absolutely amazing. The true definition and model of what customer service should look like! Took a good amount of time away from his work and projects he was completing towards the END of his shift to help guide my wife and I through several projects for our business that were outside of his normal department. So very kind, patient, and thorough ... He made us feel very comfortable about using tools and products that we did not have experience with! Will go out of my way to come back to this store v.s. the one that is closer to our residence due to him going above and beyond in several different ways!

I just wanted to say Brian Thompson is absolutely 💯%, one of the most professional and kindest guys that gave me the BEST Customer Service I have ever received.
I called asking about the door facing and he walked me though everything Step by Step. I wish every customer service representative could be as professional, knowledgeable and friendly as Brian Thompson , this world would be a better place!!

I love Home Depot and I live only a block away it couldn’t get any better

Home Depot in Edmond. I typically shop here, I have been shopping at Home Depot for years. For the most part, I know where most things are located. If I don't, I find that the Home Depot app is very easy to use. I used to always purchase appliances from HD, until they stopped offering the Military discount. I turned to support companies that offer military discount on appliances.
The curbside and instore online purchases are easier to get at Home Depot than other big box hardware stores.
I have a couple of appliances that I purchased from HD and they offer a longer and really good extended warranty on appliances.
I find that 99% of the employees who I have enteracted with have been helpful and well experienced. I rarely have a problem finding someone to help me when I need help.
Unlike another big hardware store where I have walked out because I waited 30 minutes and no one showed up to assist me.
I do wish I could purchase some lumber in longer lengths than this store carries. But I know where I can get them. Otherwise, the selection of good quality lumber is very good.

I did have 2 employees acknowledge my presence, a young man in the lighting dept. and a lady in appliances. Thank you for seeing me and for speaking to me!

I had an issue with the gas lift on a chair I am trying to return; couldn't get it unstuck. The guy in returns (I believe his name is Gideon, at least according to my receipt) not only helped me to return the wrench I had bought that wasn't working for me, but he also helped me to disassemble the piece without damaging it, at no additional cost to me. Thanks so much for the help, will definitely be returning for help with future projects.

Home Depot in Edmond is probably the best one I have been to. Online ordering is seamless, fast and super easy. I love that I can use the Home Depot app, or their website to find the item I need. The site tells you the exact location of an item by showing you the isle and bay number the item you want is on. Even when you don’t look lost, the employees are friendly and will ask if you are doing ok and if they can help with anything. Each team member in their direct work location is extremely knowledgeable about the products and they can, (and have) helped me determine what might be best for what project I am working on. Every time I have shopped at the Home Depot in Edmond, it has been a very pleasant experience.

Live there daily due to rent houses. Helpers in side know me and help me WITH what I need. Just bought fencing. They loaded it up and reminder me what I needed. Thanks to Bill at pro desk and shirley at cashier

Had to pick up some 2 cycle oil, from my Echo weed eater Have been using this product for years with no problem, Also works great in my stihl chainsaw.

Called to check for availability on a specific paint, and Matthew was incredibly helpful and quick in getting me all the info I needed. Truly, great customer service!!
