Great service. The manager seemed to be helping her crew during the rush. She even brought my food out to me!

10/10. Thank you, Miranda, for checking I had the right order and making sure I went home with the right drinks and meal. I ordered my meal sometime last week, and I asked for Miranda's name cos she had a lovely personality and great service. You know a service is good when you go home and still remember your good experience one week later.

McDonalds was clean service was fast food was good employees were friendly and food was prepared fresh and was served hot and was a five star experience. If you are in OKC and need a good place to eat on northwest side of City then check out this local McDonalds you should not be disappointed

I mean hey it's McDonald's, there's not a lot to say that you probably don't already know. It's a good place for a quick lunch or breakfast and the service is fast and friendly. It's a little hit or miss sometimes but that's normal, I've had many positive experiences over the bad so nothing to complain about

I can't believe it. The food was prepared exactly like I ordered. Many McDonalds' I have visited in the past few months I have had to go inside and ask them to remake part of the order. Have you ever tried to remove melted cheese? But guess what, this time this McDonald's made my order as I had requested! Also the people that were working all had wonderful attitudes! Kudos to all of you at the McArthur Road and Kilpatrick Turnpike McDonald's in Oklahoma City

They do great work here, my order is always accurate and they are very timely! As long as it isn't late at night that is, anytime past 10pm it might be a little slower. Otherwise no complaints, great job to the team of people who work here! Also please bring back the wraps I actually liked them!

This McDonald’s location is always very pleasant. I hate the other location nearby on Rockwell (see my other review) and so this one will be my go-to from now on.
Especially shout out here to Marie or Maria? Perhaps age 50-60s usually at the first window, I’m sorry I can’t remember her name for sure but she is especially always very friendly and warm! The kids that work here are also nice and they always get my order right and the food is nice and hot. People are quick to leave reviews for chains but I think it’s good to post positive feedback too!

Absolutely the BEST BIG Mac I have ever eaten....bar none. The manager and staff here genuinely care. Interesting experience. You MUST try this place.

The freshest and quickest McDonald's I've ever been to

Ordered online and it was the best experience ever. We sat and decided what we wanted in the comfort of our car. There was no one behind us in line. We completed our order and paid. We walked in looked at the screen and it was already processing. We sat down and within minutes we were served our food. Great service!

Standard McDonalds; you know what you’ll be getting.

Stopped by yesterday around 5:30 p.m.
All other restraunts and fast food resorts were closed due to the snow storm. The staff was exceptional! Was able to chit chat with the young lady working the drive thru window (the payment window). She was working a double due to weather. She was very friendly and it was obvious she was happy to be there wich made us feel less guilty for stopping by during inclement weather. The drive thru was packed and moved quickly. A huge thank you to that staff for being so friendly and working on such a hazardous day.

Mia did an excellent job of making sure I got my strawberry shake tonight. Even when manager said no. She left cash window and made the shake personally. She should be definitely manager SOON. GOOD JOB!?

The older lady with the glasses who works the drive thru around the morning to lunch time is the sole reason why I come to this McDonalds. She is by far the best representative of any business I have ever met and makes me feel like family.
The food is always on point too, but that lady is the best!! She should be the boss.

Forgot my credit card. Tracked it down no problem. Friendly, nice, and honest! Had to leave a review and gush my gratitude! We need more places like this!

My son met a few kids for his 4 yr old birthday here. The staff was great. I forgot plates for the cake and they provided them for us. Everyone was friendly, prompt and helpful!
