Kohl's

I had to get a birthday gift for my granddaughter. I had no idea what I was doing. All I knew was she wanted perfume. My sales person was eager to help and jump right in. She was aware of what brands were treading for teenagers. To make a long story short, I was a hit at the party. Looking forward to be going back again .

ALAN is THE BEST customer service associate that I have EVER experienced in a department store. Every time I am in this location, I see him working hard. He is extremely efficient at his positions, is very helpful, and always very friendly. Thanks for all you do for the Kohl's customers you interact with Alan!

We love Kohl's in Edmond. They follow CDC guidelines for outbreaks and the counters are always clean and sanitized.

My husband and I shopped at Kohl’s Edmond this week and felt like two kids in a candy store. So many beautiful and fun gifts to purchase for friends and family. If you haven’t dropped by, you are missing out on one of the most Invigorating and interesting shopping experiences you will ever have. My husband and I could have stayed for hours, and usually he does not like to go shopping with me.

We have went this store on 25Feb2020. We have returned Amazon parcel (Vvivid Double primed cotton canvas for oil painting) as it is lack of quality. This is one of the worst material i have pursued from Amazon. Apart from that we have roamed in the store for long skirt ( to my wife) and we don’t find long skirts here. It is very big store. Staff are user friendly. Good atmosphere. Crowd is less here. Lot of perfumes they are selling.

There is a plethora of clothing items on display. The store is well organized. The cost of items has a good range, which seems to suggest that one should be able to find a clothing item that meets their needs at a price that is affordable.

This Kohl's is always organized right down to their clearance racks. Plenty of room to maneuver around racks and other shoppers, and bathrooms are always clean. I definitely miss coming here after moving to Tulsa. The other stores need to follow this store's example! No other Kohls I have visited compares to this store.

The staff at this Kohl's store is the most accommodating and friendly group of people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Great experiences always.

This place is awesome! I couldn't stand in there because of a broken toe. They were able to bring my purchase out to my car! Great place!

They used to have 2 check outs now there's only one and it's a big store. Long walk. It was hard to find the check out. Nothing visible on check out station till I got near.

Went to return an Amazon package. The service was fast. Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean and organized.

Laiyanna was amazing and patient she didnt rush me when I asked questions and that made me feel amazing considering It's the holiday season she handled my experience very very well and I will be back ❤💜

They are very organized, good customer service, and I like that the Sephora store has become bigger, Amazon customer service is most times with a good attitude and they are helpful.

Found most gifts on our shopping list! On one item not in stock, we received help from an associate who gave us the item number so we could order it on line!

Jane provided great customer service today! Kohl’s is very organized and this is probably one of the best stores in Edmond from my experiences. I save a lot by shopping here compared to other retail stores! You just have to watch what you pick in the store, and spend wisely and take advantage of the rewards whenever is beneficial to you!

I've always had positive experiences at this Kohl's location. On my last visit, an employee named Nora assisted me in a return. She was so friendly and very helpful. She made my return without my receipt easy, and she did it with a smile. Thank you!
