The girl who helped me was a good
and was really knowledgeable. I was amazed that she was able to fix me up to my total satisfaction.
She was dressed properly and looked nice. She was so friendly that we could understand what she was telling me. She needs a promotion? She needs a promotion because she is your ace, one of the best I have ever seen.

I came in to At&t to purchase a Samsung watch. I just wanna stop by and leave a compliment on the awesome service I received. Jay was the employee's name, and when I say he offered top of the line service, I'm talking top of the line. He knew way around the store and gave me the specs on the products and how they compare. I was thoroughly impressed with his customer service, and i would encourage others to come by and shop with Jay. THANKS AT&T.

I recently purchased the iPhone 15 pro max and needed assistance transferring information from old phone to the new phone. I went to the store and asked for assistance. She spent 30 mins at least loading the app and linking wireless and internet accounts plus updating passcodes for the 2 accounts. I’m a senior who needed help. She was quick and KNOWLEDGEABLE! Great sense of humor

JAY AT THE DANFORTH STORE IN EDMOND IS THE GO TO PERSON IF YOU NEED ANYTHING, THE BEST ATT HAS TO OFFER IS JAY

Let me tell you.... My husband and I came into this store to fix our plan and upgrade our phones on Christmas Eve. (Not a smart move but I wanted my new phone with the new camera for Christmas pictures!) We had a few issues with both phones not being update or backed up. Heather not only met but far EXCEEDED our expectations in perfect customer service. (Which is usually a struggle in the cell phone business.) She was patient and kind the whole time. (She handled it way better than me!!) Her and the manager Byrd handled themselves so professionally and were extremely courteous to us, even staying 30 min late to help us finish up the transaction. Never rushing us or even showing any type of frustration. I think we even became family!! I will never forget this experience and I will always come back to this store for any more of my AT&T needs. (Even if they may never wanna see me again!! 😂)
