Always love these stores with great selection of teas, spices, sugars and salts. First time at this location. Employee was friendly and helpful and did a good job of helping multiple customers as the same time. Although inventory levels were low with it being close to Christmas, there was still plenty of great options and store was clean and well organized.

Stephanie is the best!!! I made an online inquiry. She promptly reached out and gave some really great suggestions. I asked her to hold them for me until the weekend which she agreed but not before informing me that Grapevine Fest was going on and i would have to pay to come into the area. That information saved me a-lot of time because had i not known it would have been a nightmare with traffic and parking along with having to pay to enter the downtown area. So instead of driving there, she suggested mailing my order, which i agreed even when she told me it probably wouldn’t be picked up until the following Monday because of the festival the mail wasn't going to be running. Then i get an email the next day advising me that she was going to personally drop the package off at the post office so I could get it sooner. The customer service and kindness of Stephanie is outstanding! I got my order in no time and when i opened up my package she had gifted me samples that of course were amazing. This is by far the best tea shop around. Ive always recommend them and now after this great experience i felt compelled to write this review to shout out the company and especially Stephanie. Thank you!!

We were walking on the street on a casual Saturday evening when we came across a tiny door next to a candy shop. one step into the store, we were captivated by the aroma of a huge collection of teas and spices artistically shelved in such a fashion that despite the limited space inside, the customer would comfortably browse through the collection in comfort. We also got to sample the two spices we were interested in. I'm going to be back to purchase the salt brick they have on display pretty soon. We also ended up purchasing creme brulee herbal tea but to be honest the collection was full of varieties that it took us 30 minutes to decide on our final choice. They are very knowledgable about their teas and they spent time to understand our preference and made suggestions accordingly. We also noticed a tea bar that we didn't try. Next time I would try my choices before I bring any home.

This is my absolute favorite BBQ rub! The flavor is so amazing. Sweet and spicey. So yummy. I put it on burgers and ribs and steaks! Perfect for any type of meats.

Absolutely wonderful customer service in this place, very comfortable, the owner was so ready to answer any questions. The selection here for spices, sugars, teas, and more is so large, and that's not all, they also have salt bricks, honey, books, and plenty of knowledge about anything in the store. I'd say this is the perfect place to buy a present for a loved one that loves anything unique, artisanal, handy in the kitchen, or all of the above. Amazing location in main street Grapevine, I hope to come back around holiday season for a few Christmas presents I have in mind already, much love to this small business <3

Wanted to buy some tea as a gift, and was unsure of which ones to get. Alex was super helpful to make sure I got the right teas! Definitely will be my new go-to spot for when I need tea leaves.

Really good loose leaf teas. The Mystic Dragon green tea is one of my favorites.

RJ was awesome. He helped me find a bunch of great spices and salts, and everything else. Moving into a new house and I don't even need to shop for the spice rack now! Very knowledgeable and fun to talk to.Great job!

I love this place! I bought herbal tea and a narwhal infuser today for my daughter (age almost 5). She is so excited to drink her grown-up drink. We also got spice rub for my husband to try with his new smoker. Family satisfied!!

This shop is well worth a visit. They have an incredible selection of teas, sugars, salts, peppers, chile, and other spices. We were so enamored of the teas we walked out with 8 different varieties and have enjoyed having so many options at home. The staff are very helpful and steered us toward some great options. This is a great resources for anyone who likes to cook of all experience levels.

I have been to many Spice & Tea Exchange locations in Florida and Texas and have never been disappointed. Nancy the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise in her store and goes the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. I will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

This is a beautiful shop filled with exotic blends of loose teas, herbs, and spices! Nancy is kind, personable, and shared a number of products with us. My friend bought me a beautiful two-cup, loose tea brewer - Ingenuity2 and it's simple to use. I look forward to returning soon!

Was visiting Grapevine for business and came across this place walking around the downtown area and glad I did! Only the owner was there, Nancy I believe her name was, she was extremely friendly and attentive to any questions I had. Gave me a quick run down of how everything was set up and let me off, each time I got to a new section she always doubled check if there was any questions. The customer care and business hospitality that was provided that day was amazing and hard to come across now a days. So, I do highly recommend this place either to just poke your head in an see what it's about. Or if you're a Tea junkie or Cook that wants a wide arrange of spices. Definitely be a long distance customer now!!

I didn't even drink hot tea before I popped into this store on a whim about a year ago. Now I moved an hour away and STILL drink their Beauty Rest herbal blend daily! (HOT TIP: they ship tea!) The staff has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they remember me no matter how long it's been since I've been in.

Great choices of loose leaves teas, fresh spices and homade custom blends! Infuse salts, infuse sugars that you can taste and amazing selection of peppers. The smell and experience is amazing! Smoothe your mind with the scent.
Staff is really knowledgeable, very attentive and friendly.

My sister and I went in yesterday for the first time, Nancy was very helpful and pleasant to talk to.
I bought a mug Dragon dark brown with a tea infuser inside. The mug is a beautiful dragon design. When we asked about the size of the holes in the infuser and whether or not the tea would slip through she said I don't think so. Well the holes are way to big to hold the tea in, I ended up with tea leaves galore in the mug itself. This however would not stop me from buying it again because I used a coffee filter filled with 2 teaspoons of tea directly in the center I pulled up the sides tied with string and it works perfectly fine. I simply set that down into the removable infuser and use as normal after steeping I simply remove the infuser and throw away my filter. Oh and the mug comes with a matching lid. I'm so happy we stopped in here yesterday and will be a normal stop whenever we come into Grapevine. The tea I bought was Nutty Chocolate mate❤❤

I love drinking my tea in the morning it's my relaxing time. I had resigned myself to drinking the teas that I could get at my local Walmart. My friend had told me about this store and it sounded so intriguing that I just had to go. When I walked in my mind was literally blown I had no idea that teas and spices like this could even exist. It was so wonderful, the teas smelled delicious and the ones that I did get tasted amazing. The owner was extremely helpful and took pride in his products. He answered all my questions and made suggestions as to what I might enjoy since it was my first time. I will definitely be back. A devine experience to be sure.
