I was only in IL for a short time, but the staff and the players treated me with lots of respect and kindness. My only regret is not being able to play at the store for a longer period of time. Thank you all for everything! I was also allowed to charge my phone here because I brought my own charger XD!

Boss is a cool guy and there is this shorter dude who likes cheeseburgers and I relate to that cause I also like cheeseburgers cool place very friendly there is also this gay named Z.J he is also cool, very tall, very friendly. Helped me locate the plastic dinosaurs I had seen previously.10/10 would come again wish they had a 12 inch statue of Walter Payton but that’s ok

The guys did a great job helping me establish which route to take with my Pokémon collection. Highly recommend their store! T.J. Is a great man.

Stumbled into the store while walking around with family. Met some of the most knowledgeable and kind people there. Just got into magic the gathering and they definitely made me feel at home. Even got to watch a match go down. Super kind great people and I even got to charge my phone.

My daughter was wanting to spend some of her birthday money on Pokemon cards so we stopped in here. Jester was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable towards us. We will definitely be coming back in again!

Staff are always very pleasant! Great place for Pokemon and Yu Gi Oh cards, and Smash tournaments on the weekends! Chester is the coolest guy around :-) Love coming here, it's a staple whenever I go to the mall.

Extremely kind staff. My boys loved being there. They let me use a charger as well. Not a bad place for someone looking for games or cards. Well priced as well. First time being there and we'll be back.

Face to face customer service is very important to me especially now a days. I don't expect it from everyone and anyone. It's your choice. Doesn't bother me at all if someone acts like an @$$ so when someone really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome it means a lot. I am not new to collecting but it has been a while since I went into a gaming/ hobby store. My daughter (4.5) wanted to look at Pokemon cards. We know nothing about Pokemon cards. We went in and Gio greeted us and helped us and talked to us until we were good. Merchandise is merchandise -- can go anywhere and buy what you want, having a friendly face help you with some knowledge means more. Gio knew I was in there to just ask some questions and not buy anything and he still took his time to help us. Yes, he even talked to my daughter like a person not a "child" which meant a lot too.

Yo coming here all the time is always so much fun the guys are always really cool or really funny and always hook us up with a deal or a such a crazy good buy. Everything me and my friends visit the mall we always go to rain forest entrance cause GW is a go-to. Jester your the man!

Pretty lit place staff is friendly and will help you with your reading card and smash bros needs the people are friendly and inviting me and my gf got to play a few rounds of Pokemon will they let us charge out phones there

The gentlemen at the counter were super nice and accomodating to my son - he always has soooo many questions and sometimes gets misunderstood. We will definitely be back. I wish i caught their names.

I enter the store and immediately get welcomed by Geo the guy at the counter totally awesome dude. We start talking a bit and after a couple minutes a guy walks in but doesnt know english so i offered to translate and fortunately we were able to helplt

Amazing experience here i was able to help a guy translate and for that i got rewarded a free soda from the man behind the counter. Oh one last thing i was able to charge my phone 10/10 experience

My daughter is a huge pokemon fan and Gio helped us and was very very nice and helpful. We also charge our phone for free
