Sultan Bakery

I've been meaning to stop by this bakery for ages, especially on my way to Stevens Pass and Leavenworth. I believe it's the perfect spot to take a quick break and refresh with some delicious treats.

I was here on a Wednesday morning, so it wasn't as busy, and the service was pretty fast.

What sets Sultan Bakery apart is the impressive variety it offers. Whether you're in the mood for a savory sandwich or a sweet Danish, the extensive menu caters to all tastes. It's a true gem for those who love baked goods.

I tried the Strawberry Danish and Strawberry scone, and both were outstanding--no exaggeration. I'm looking forward to revisiting soon to try some other items.

The best cinnamon cup in the world. Really good breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches. Amazing service even when it's wall to wall customers and a line out the door. Always fresh coffee only 1 dollar can't beat that with a stick. Always a good time to eat here.

Love this little bakery! We often stop for brunch/lunch/treats on the way over the pass, and have always been satisfied with the food and loved the baked goods. Tonight we stopped by for dinner for the first time with our kids, one being a newborn, and unknowingly chatted with the owner about our similarities in raising 3 boys. He was incredibly sweet, offered some off menu options for our kids having a hard time deciding on what to order, and in the end comped our meal for us. We all loved the food as usual (bacon grilled cheese, bahn mi, steak sandwich, and some miscellaneous baked goods), and will make a point to stop here more often because we were so touched by their kindness.

Best breakfast sandwiches in the world! The sausage patty is so delicious that the only shame of it all is that I live in Australia and can’t have them on a regular basis! 😅 I have stopped in a few times on my visits to Washington over the last couple of years, and it’s now a must-stop destination whenever I’m visiting. Staff are always so friendly too. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Dinky little hole in the wall from the outside, Delicious cozy warm welcoming from the inside. Sultan Bakery is such a HIDDEN GEM!!! I cannot stop raving about this place to everyone! There are a few parking spaces outside this little bakery/diner and it's easy to miss so drive slowly as you're approaching.

If you have time to dine in, it's worth it. Service is friendly-warm cozy feeling. Food is fresh, tasty, comforting and reasonably priced. I'd recommend the avocado omelette (comes with buttered toast and hash browns) and the maple donut.

Great baked goods and the biggest breakfast sandwich you would want in one sitting. Tastes amazing as well. One of the best values around. Only thing I would avoid is the coffee. Other than that, you can't go wrong here. I stop every time I pass by heading to Stevens. You should too.

I can see why this place has such a good reputation among the locals. As a bakery it's phenomenal, great selection, delicious thick cut toast with real butter. I wanted to knock off half a star, tho, because the coffee tasted slightly burnt, but it's adequate for a dollar. And next time I'm asking for my hash browns extra crispy.

They have such delicious pastries here and lots of different choices for lunch and dinner. Really good food! The lemon cream Italian cake is to die for. I had a snickerdoodle this visit.
Service was great, the young woman that helped me was excellent, and very friendly and she took care of everyone very fast.

Lovely little spot to stop at. Staff are always so friendly, and the prices are fantastic! Highly recommend on your way back from Stevens pass for a hot meal.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Had an avocado burger for lunch on our bike trip to sultan and it was delicious with a reasonable price. They also seemed to have a wide choice of bakeries that I wished I had tried. Such a little sweet place!

Food and bakery are so delicious. The only thing I will say is that I wish the coffee was a bit stronger. Overall everthing else was great.

Stopped by here after hiking. First time been here. Lots of yummy pastries. Had their burger and fish taco. Great place to stop by for lunch especially their desserts.

Real food, really generous portions and for a good price. The staff are super kind. I had the Reuban and it was fantastic. Wife had the egg salad sandwich, and it was massive. Additionally the clam chowder is great, and THEN there are the doughnuts. Only can be rivaled by Chuck's donuts in Renton. Perfectly fluffy and glazed well. I've also had their philly, and while it was pretty good, it wasn't served on their bakery bread. I think offering the same sandwich on their bread would be great. The fries were also different this last time we went, it was an amazing update. It seriously made a big difference.

Other pointers for the restaurant might be cleaning up the menu 😅 I know it makes sense if you've been there a few times, but for people that stop by, I could see the multitude of signs and words being overwhelming. Bathroom could use a paint job update. Idk if they want to keep the dated feel, or not though. It's all pretty clean (I don't know if I like when people refer to it as a hole in the wall), just a bit dated. Nothing though about that detracts from the 5 star food and service.

Dynamite bakery and lunch spot! Came with a friend who has been coming here for over 30 years and I know why now. Had the super burger and a peanut butter stack bar. Oh my goodness! Fantastic french fries, everything was excellent. Will have to come for breakfast next time. A total treat. Wouldn't come here for the ambience but the food, value, and portions are great. Friendly staff and lots of goodies. Highly recommended.

Heard about this place from a YouTube video and had to stop. So glad we did!
Great food, huge portions, and pricing was cheap.

I went here with my dad as a kid. A VERY LONG TIME AGO. The last time I went I was maybe 8 yrs old. My son and I went over the weekend and it is still very good. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable for quality food. We will be visiting often!!

We visited this terrific bakery / diner twice during our short visit to the Cascades and Seattle. It's amazing! And that's in every way...the baked goods are first rate - French bakery quality, although the baked goods are not French, per se. The breakfasts are incredible - diner food at its very, very best. Huge quantities, at more than reasonable prices. We could only eat half the meal each time, and savored the rest later. The cheesecake brownies were, quite possibly, the best I have ever had. Everything is homemade. Even the breakfast sandwiches come on homemade bread. We wished we could have stayed in the area long enough to try every one of their offerings. On top of the scrumptious food, the personnel here are, to a person, extremely pleasant and attentive.

Oh my goodness. Came here this morning and tried a "Pull Apart" doughnut. Wow, just WOW. Light, fluffy, semi sweet batter. The apple and cinnamon perfectly balanced. So very delicious.

I can't believe that I haven't reviewed the Sultan Bakery yet! I LOVE this place, and would recommend it to anyone! These pics are a few months old, but I killed ALL of this in one sitting, after a 20+ mile hike. The food is THAT GOOD!
