Finally managed to visit again after 5 years. Now I can pass without any regrets 😌. Awesome burgers with some crazy good shakes. A must visit if you're in the startup/sultan area! I'd post food pictures if i hadn't already eaten it :( There's also some neat picnic tables right in front and side of it for your enjoyment. Hope its still here in another 5 years 🙏.

Great menu, great prices, great little spots to sit and eat. Fresh food that was so tasty! We got the mushroom burger, also the coconut shrimp and chips with a chocolate malt. I forgot to take pictures of the food but I got plenty of the grounds surrounding it lol oh and a photo of the menu. They have a loud speaker they call your name on for the order so you won't miss it! The drive through is pretty tall too, I saw a truck hauling a truck on a high trailer pull through it. Definitely worth a stop if you're on your way to Leavenworth or where ever you're headed.

My favorite burger place! Love their teriyaki burger with pineapple. I used to be vegetarian and greatly appreciated the veggie patty as an option. SO good. And the fries are always perfect. I go here after every hike I go on in the area.

Came here with a group of 8 people and I’ll say we all loved the Fries (sweet potato, zucchini, regular) and Onion rings! All super crispy and delicious. The shakes were amazing, you can to wrong with black berry shakes. The burgers range from ok to great! The cowboy burger way to real good and the Hawaiian was all-right.

We ate in the parking lot and sat out traffic.

Very good food. Enjoyed the small deluxe burger and friends had an elk and veggie and fries. Even though they were busy, everything was timely and lots of free sitting with cute objects and decoration. I’m sure this is great for after hiking type of food for sure. There’s also a fruit stand nearby so visit that as well the fruit is delicious!

As a resident of Skykomish Valley, I rank this burger hut on Hwy 2 at the top of my list. Last few years I treat myself to same menu items and I always get the same experience (rivals Starbucks for consistency), and the quality is always great. The fries satisfy my gluttonous salt craving, and the burger fixings are on point (reminds me of fresh backyard BBQ condiments). I wouldn’t change a thing and I’ll skip other options to make a trek to this satisfying lunch spot. The prices are fair, and the workers have always been polite, professional, and prompt. You might have a little wait while they make your order, but they crank through in a reasonable time and it’s worth it. Tip: you can call 15 minutes ahead and avoid the wait in the parking lot.

The crinkle cut fries looked real and super good. My highlight for sure.

I got the Alpen burger (double cheese burger) was classic drive in Burger, not super high quality or anything but quite tasty.

The milkshake was also super good - top tier quality. And it got better as it melted!

Prices were great.

Huge milk shakes with soft ice cream and muliple flavors. Root beer is a good one or even orange sickle. Many different hamburgers, chicken variations. A BLT is available and deep fried shrimp. Convienant with plenty of parking and fairly fast.

One of my all time favorite places to go! Amazing food, unique seating, beautiful views of the mountain. Very friendly service too.

THE BEST MILKSHAKE AND BUGER I HAVE EVER HAD. If I could I would give it 10 stars. The milkshake was sooooooooooo good. I want to have one every day of my life.

Fantastic spot for good burgers, a great selection of sides, and a big list of shakes. The Squeelar burger with bacon and ham is at the top of my list.

Homemade style burgers with crinkle-cut fries. Shakes are good. Plenty of outdoor seating or eat in your car. Drive-up ordering on the highway 2 side of the building, or park behind the building and walk-up to order.

This place had an amazing seafood selection, the burger was fantastic and we adored the crinkle fries. We tried the tartar on the fries and my husband loved that it had onions and I appreciated that it still had dill. The special sauce is a bit sweet, but I imagine that is just katsup. Oh! And they had huckleberry milkshakes. I didn't have one this visit, but next time I will. Ohhhh! They also have Green River soda. ❤ oh and they were friendly and it was fast service.

This is my go to easy and delicious weeknight meal. Really like the burgers and fries here. The fries are very nice and crispy and seasoned well. Fish and chips are also great, not greasy like many places. Service has always been friendly and quick. The picnic area is surrounded by trees and kept clean.

Eaten here twice while hiking in the area and it's become one of my favorite places to stop. Alpen burger with bacon is the way to go. Perfectly crispy crinkle fries, delicious huckleberry milkshake, friendly service.

A nice local burger joint to go to after a Wallace falls hike. Nice outdoor seating in a small park atmosphere.

Cute roadside burger stand. Drive through or walk up and eat at on of the picnic tables. Burgers were tasty and fries were crispy. The fry sauce was a yummy surprise!

Was coming back from an amazing hike to Wallace Lake, and traffic was horrible coming back. I passed this little gem and saw their sign claiming "best milkshakes," and that was enough to get me to pull in. It was indeed the best milkshake I've had in a long while, and next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop by again; I want to try their elk burger!

Traffic on Highway 2 got you down? Stop by for a burger and a shake! Sit at a picnic table in the cool and shady outdoor dining area. It's a perfect rest. Good, not gourmet, burgers - real traditional style. Chicken fingers and popcorn chicken are seasoned well and yummy, too.
