Advance Auto Parts

Located on Court street between 13th and 14th st. Google messed up the pin location. Google feel free to remove this post when you fix your mistake. Don't hold Googles mistake against this store. They are awesome and deserve the customers. I called and they got me to the right place. Very friendly. Had my order ready when i walked in the door. And their website was very very easy to navigate, getting me my exact part without all the additional sales jargon. They were also the cheapest compared to Napa, O reiley, and Rock Auto and were able to get me my part today. From a very satisfied customer.

My bike broke down and wasn't starting. I looked across the street to see an advanced auto parts. They helped me diagnose the problem and fix it. Took over an hour of their time and they seemed very willing to help. Great people. A+ service

Great trusted Ups access point

I pass about 5 different auto parts stores to get to advance. Staff is always friendly and it isn't nearly as packed at Napa, O'Reilly etc. They actually have a scanner they let u use. Other stores clsim to but it seemed that they never had it out someone stole it

This place is good. They have a collection of tools they let you use to make quick repairs on the spot. no other places I've been to go this far. All in all, one of the better auto parts stores in the Tri Cities.

We had never been to a Advanced Auto Parts Store before, but we would 10/10 come again. Gabriel was super helpful and got us the parts we needed to get our car going again. He was really knowledgeable and kind and we feel he really when above and beyond for us.

I ofter order online and have an easy, quick pick up here. Staff is friendly. Decent prices on auto parts.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I went in for a windshield wiper replacement in the middle of a rainstorm. The employee checked me out and install the wiper blade.

It is a good place to get parts. My friend shops there and likes the prices. I use a different auto parts store.
