This is how parts stores use to be before lean management and "just in time" disabled many chain stores from carrying enough inventory for the areas they served. A++ Tri City

There was a guy JW. He went above and beyond giving good customer service. I hadn't been there and left feeling very good. I tried to call back to thank the manager and tell him of my good customer service. He was at first on vacation then had no interest in speaking to anyone calling in. I guess they are lucky to have friendly staff since the mgmt is so rude.

Mostly a good place to get parts. They can get you what you need. Don't expect red carpet treatment.
