The UPS Store

The employees of this UPS store are the most professional. They always work with the customer to ensure their shipping needs are met. I had the occasion to stop in this morning. Another customer, an older US Navy veteran, was having difficulty with an Amazon label. I had the pleasure to witness the two wonderful employees assist the man, by taking pictures of his shipping label and then offering to print it out for him. That’s called good business practice and should be commended. I will continue to bring my business to this location based on the superior customer service.

The guys in the store are the absolute best. Very accommodating and unlike the store in ::cough cough:: Kinnelon- will always lend you a piece of tape and help make the transaction of returning items seamless. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I drive out of my way just for the friendly experience

I drove a long way because I needed to get to a UPS location that was open on Sundays but when I got there, I realized the package wasn’t closed. The man working at the store was nice enough to offer to seal the package for me even though I was required to bring the package in properly sealed. I am very grateful to him for his kindness. This is an excellent business.

The two gentleman at the UPS store, Robbani and Jashim are absolutely amazing! They offer much appreciated and necessary office services for people working from home. In addition, they are two of the nicest and most helpful people. We’re lucky to have them here in West Milford!!

I pick up parts here for work and I've never had any problems. They even helped me with an Amazon return I did incorrectly once

New owners are very nice. Appreciate the flexibility, I got there a few minutes past closing but he let me come in and ship my package so it made it on time!

I have been a happy customer for 2+ yrs. Deb, Ellen and Nadine are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have all of my packages delivered there to alleviate all the negative issues of receiving packages at home. I have also used their printing and notary services and was always satisfied. I’m moving from the area and quite frankly I will miss the UPS store as much as any friend.

As a local real estate agent I have had several print jobs needed and no matter what you are always greeted by friendly people willing to assist in whatever you need. Debbie and her team is very prompt in online orders and are always helpful when returns are needed (I live in town as well and have had many returns that go through this location). Great location with great people.
