Dunkin'

I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts location randomly last week as I don’t usually get my coffee there, but I just happened to be going through a rough situation in my life and needed somewhere to shelter and put something in my belly and the girl working that day, Kara, was so kind and helpful that she changed my whole day, going far above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen from a coffee shop employee. I barely had enough money for a coffee even though I was so hungry and this employee bought me a sandwich out of her own pocket, and then spent her half hour lunch break talking to me while I waited for my ride and she absolutely made my day. This girl was so sweet and helpful and deserves some kind of bonus or promotion, because I will now be a regular customer at Dunkin’ Donuts especially if they hire more people who actually care like Kara did for me that day

Cashier told me cash only because credit card machine was down. Another customer behind me offered to buy me a coffee because I had no cash on hand. West Milford is a beautiful town. I will pay it foward someday.

fast and yummy, employees are always kind. i always get a medium hazelnut latte and a glazed donut. clean inside the store too. i just learned about their rewards program where you get points for purchases and i get points very fast, already had 2 free drinks from them!!

This is the best Dunkin in the world. They may have been short-staffed lately, but that’s because they only hire unicorns. These kids are awesome! In these crazy times, it’s so great to be able to count on something.

Didn't go in...went thru drive thru. Finally getting hot coffee which hadn't happened for a while. Very happy.

I am the assistant manager at this Dunkin Donuts. Ever since Bryna the manager took over last year she has turned tgis store completely around. She makes it fun to work there. The guests are my favorite. I get hugs and have become friends with many. I have been worried about one gentlemen who came in every day all summer and got the same thing every day and I haven't seen him and am very worried. These people have become family.

Stopped in for DD cold Brew and was told they just ran out. Ray and Devon saved the day by offering me a free Iced Coffee. What great service! Something that's really rare these days . Bravo guys!!

My go to dunks when ever I'm in West Milford. The staff is always nice and not rude like other dunks I know of. Must be that Mountain Air lol

"Barb" and the morning shift kids are the best. Efficient, friendly. Always make you feel special and welcome. Coffee is exactly how you ask for it!
