First time at Jersey Roots Dispensary today. Very impressed with the owner Rachel. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to. She took her time and really listened to my issues and my goals. Also the staff was just as friendly and willing to help. Wishing her all the best...will highly recommend her to everyone I know....

Been at this game for a long time. Visited top shelf locations from Maine to Massachusetts. Jersey Roots is setting the bar high, right here in groovy West Milford. Friendly, helpful staff and a beautiful selection of items for all palettes. Appreciate you all. God bless!

I have been to other dispensaries (not just NJ, but in Maine as well) that just use a kiosk and have minimal customer interaction. Jersey does it so much better. They have the knowledgeable staff and atmosphere that makes it comfy and not just a “place to buy weed”.

Super clean and unbelievable selection of the finest cannabis products..The owner is so knowledgeable and so genuinely friendly was such a great experience here…Then they had things I haven’t seen since being in Cali..In 7 days I’ve been there 5 times with the same fantastic help from all the staff..I highly recommend going here and I assure you’ll have the experience I did..5 stars!!!
