McDonald's

These guys are always on point. I have never had a bad experience in 14 years living here. One time I was annoyed and complained and the manager called me to make it right. In todays times, you can’t beat that. Just made a large order for a kids birthday party and it was double checked and made fresh. The employee engaged me and was helpful about what I should get for all the kids. Great service.

I never knew McDonald’s could taste so fresh and good until I went here. I’m not a huge fan of fast food but convenience prevails sometimes and this location blew me away more than once. Consistent, clean and great staff serving up top notch in the fast food category.

I have never gone inside this establishment, but I can only imagine from the efficiency and kindness that the employees show that it is well kept. I want to point out one employee in particular. I don't know her name, but she usually takes the order and payment. She is an efficient employee with blonde hair who works more than anyone I've seen at any establishment. Additionally, she is always pleasant and helpful! Kudos to this McDonald's and to this woman. She should be recognized!

This place defies the stereotype of the teenage "burger flippers" who don't care about their jobs. The food is always hot and fresh, they always get the order right at any time of day, and they're always friendly and smiling too. Glad to have this place in our town.

The best McDonald's I ever been. The staff are just sweethearts. I see how hard everyone works to get your meal. Sometimes it gets busy, but I see the staff is courteous no matter how stressful it gets to handle difficult customers sometimes.

We get our ice coffee's here. French vanilla and caramel extra sweet. Very good and cheaper then D&D. My husband also gets breakfast burrito, he love them

I have been going here late at night on my way home from a friends house. I always stop for an iced coffee. I really like McDonald's coffee more than Dunkin and Starbucks.

fantastic experience completely renovated very friendly staff young man who helped me with mobile order was excellent. my compliments to the entire team. has very nice lady cleaning. location was spotless and food was very good.

I love this McDonald's for one special reason. Out of every McDonald's I've been to this is the ONLY one that makes the freshest and crispy nuggets. Just amazing and the staff are always pleasant. Keep it guys

It's truly the only fast food restaurant in the heart of West Milford plus it's pretty clean with good people. Drive thru moves pretty quickly as well.

Every time I come here I get great service.

The French fries are always fresh which is rare at other mcDonald’s. I definitely don’t mind the drive I have to do just to get food from here.
