I can't say enough GREAT things about this location. I had been with my previous carrier for 23 years and with all the merges and changes i was no longer happy. I happened to be in the area picking up dry cleaning. So i decided to stop in and ask some questions. As soon as i walked through the door Ali greeted me with a smile on his face. He answered all my questions and was so nice about it. He was also very fast. Never had that in a cell store before. I was there about 3 hours. Only because i asked him to transfer my things so i didnt have to. While i was there waiting Ali and Ali kept me company. We laughed A LOT. if i could give a million stars i would. Awesome experience. Definitely recommend this location.

Ali at the Farmingville location was by far the biggest help I could ask for when I needed it most. I went to other AT&T on the island and They all gave me a problem about transferring data for my new phone. Ali is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was very luck for dealing with him and highly suggest anyone with questions to see him.

My visit to the store with my Dad, he’s 86 yrs old and a Vietnam Vet was very pleasant and memorable. From the moment we walked in Eddy greeted us with a great smile and offers to explain the phones and service available. Then Yomar added his expertise on current offers and recommended hardware to protect the phone.

He showed my Dad how to use the new device and was strictly hands on and very patient with my Dad. I truly appreciated that type of service and care.

We will recommend family and friends about our experience. I rate both if these gentlemen 10+, they went above and beyond !!! Thank you so much guys, please reward both of them with a token of appreciation!!!

I worked with Rich on upgrading my phone and setting up the new phone. He was a perfect gentleman. Not pushy, didn't try to push extra supplies, parts on me and looked for the best deal. I would highly recommend this AT&T store over others!

I went to the store to order a specific new phone but it was not in stock. Zachary was so helpful: He called other stores and finally tracked down the phone I wanted. I've only been going to this store for a couple of months but it is now my go-to store. Zachary was courteous, knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I will continue with AT&T as I have for the last 25 years.

I wanted a new phone. They had it. Luis was very helpful. He backed it up for me. Answered my questions, was prompt and did what he said all with a smile. Highly recommend.

Janvi is a life saver. Came in panicing cause my phone was frozen and she fixed it in 2 seconds! Absolute gem!

Went into this store needing to replace a broken phone and I was not disappointed. Naz provided great service and he knew exactly what I needed. He was very professional and guided me in how I could get a phone. Long story short, I walked out with a new phone plus other incentives at minimal cost. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

Kelvin was amazing. My fiancée and myself came in for iPhone upgrades as well as lowering our bill where he was very thorough in explaining everything. He was able to get us an unlimited plan which was a big upgrade while keeping our bill the same (with valid promotions from AT&T which never seem to be when we are there). I would highly recommend this location due to Kelvins dedication to us and willing to help and stay late during the pandemic.

I was having a hard time finding a solution that was both effective and inexpensive for an internet issue at one of my locations. The team here went above and beyond following up with their small business teams and people from product development groups to find the best solution for my business. What they came up with has been working excellent for several months now.

I went to the AT&T store in Farmingville to get an upgrade for my son’s phone. I want to commend Naz and Damoni for their hard work and their knowledge about the products and plans. They hooked my son up with an amazing phone and got me a plan I can afford. They were awesome!

DK and Anthony were aces in their service, knowledge and friendliness. Highly recommend this store above all others.

Came here couple of days ago ,found out I been paying for a line that I never used ..called at&t million times and they didn’t help me , decided to go to the store and I was either going to call BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OR SWITCH to a different provider . This kid store Manager Naz is a piece of tool . I have no clue how he took care of that line about 15 min , made a follow up call to make sure everything ok .. only reason I won’t switch to Verizon cause of The store manager Naz . Great job kid !! Me and my family appreciate you so very much !! Highly Recommend!!!

I would like to commend Anthony he was a true professional. He was very knowledgeable-and helpful.. he is a real asset and i would highly recommend him.

Roberto and the staff at this at&t are absolutely wonderful! They are incredibly helpful and very hands on when it comes to setting up a new phone and talking you through detail about your plan. Cannot recommend this location enough, awesome staff!
