My husband and I had a wonderful experience while upgrading my phone and my husband getting an Apple Watch. Joseph spent Hours with us explaining everything about our purchases and answering all our questions. We were referred to Joseph
by our daughter who herself was very satisfied by his help.
Another employee, John, was also extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I would recommend them both to anyone considering new phones.

Phenomenal staff! Highly recommend going to this location. Always helpful, always quick and efficient. Every time I go to this store, I know I will leave with what I need. I also really appreciate the patience they possess, I don't know a lot about phones and financing options but they were very thorough in their explanation and very kind. My family and I have been going to this store for over 10 years and for very good reasons. The staff here, particulary Avi, have been nothing but nice to us and they treat us like family. We have developed a close connection with him and anytime we have an issue with T-mobile or need to get something done, we know we can count on him. I wish we had more Avi's in this world because it would become a much better place and a much more efficient place.
