Let me be clear, as a previous employee. The main reason we do not have a public restroom is because almost every single time someone would use it, it would be an absolute mess and no one would clean up after themselves. We tried it for a bit but it got so bad that we stopped doing it altogether. And yes, I understand that the porta potty is sometimes dirty. That is all on Rumpke and is in no way any of the employee's fault. I also must say we have a very large sign on the door that explicitly says that we have no inside bathroom, but people still ask and then read the sign on their way out.

I've been coming here close to every day for a year, the people are friendly and always know exactly what i want whenever i walk in. Not once have i had bad customer service. They may not have a bathroom but they do have outside facilties for people if need be so if you have to go bad enough it should not matter whether there's an indoor bathroom or porter Johns outside.

TO EVERYONE WHO COMPLAINS ABOUT THIS STORE, STOP GOING THERE THEN! They have ONE restroom inside for employees, and the city makes them because of plumbing issues, not their fault. They arent a grocery store, or a sit down restaurant. Get over it. Or go across the street. Its called Zip-In for a reason. Zip in and zip tf out. ✌ beer, cigs, gas, bye bye.

Great place and yes no restrooms but It's in the middle of the country and a small owner operator. People need to get over themselves!!!

Usually have no issue, but it seems like they Close early on random nights. Tonight it said 11pm, and at 1015 everything was shut tight and lights were off.

Yes, no restroom, BUT they have Not Your Father's Root Beer!

Restroom is a Porta potty. Would have been fine. Went to grab a candy bar at the register and it was covered, and I do mean covered with a thick coating of dirt and dust. Surprising because the rest of the store didn't look that bad. Usually go to Love's but decided to give a smaller business a try and next time I would go to Love's.

They have gas, free windshield cleaner and a c store.... No public restroom, only DIRTY port o pottys. Not sure why they do not allow you to use their restroom when that's a staple of any gas station along a major highway. For the price they charge for gas and items inside, you'd think they'd have clean restrooms, however, they lack this gas station staple. Given this, I'll go elsewhere in the future.

Do not stop here the only restroom to have for the public are porta potties. worst gas station ever
