Dollar General

Went to store tonight around 7pm at Zion Church Road in Concord, NC and wanted to purchase the red Santa 2pc set for my bathroom and the clerk told me those were her 2 red sets setting in the basket at counter, but she hadn't had time to purchase them yet. LMBO! Wow!!!!! What was I thinking....I always thought the customer came first at DG!!!!!

Good for quick shopping but has almost everything from dairy. Frozen foods to home decor.

When you think about Dollar General, you're not expecting much beyond the bare essentials of functionality. This particular location exceeded my expectations with an unnaturally clean, well organized, and diverse selection considering the price range. My daughters were able to use the restrooms without experiencing any form of trauma, which for young girls is amazing in itself. To top it off, the staff were professional and courteous in a way that didn't scream "Robotic response for Customer #2765." All in all? Definitely try out this location, if no other reason than to witness something pleasantly out of the ordinary.

Everyone here is always nice and they always typically have everything in stock that you came for. I had the pleasure of having jasmine as the cashier today and she is a sweetheart and gives fast service.

This store has a great selection of items. Decent craft section for a small store chain. Has a decent selection for home/garden goods as well. Staff is friendly and willing to help if needed.

They have everything i need in a crunch! I buy more milk and bread and eggs from here cause when we run out its so easy to just stop and pick up on way home ! And shopping here for stuff is amazing ! Prices are low and the cashiers are great they always smile and are friendly

This store is new. Very well maintained the staff is really nice something I can’t say about other DG stores. I like you can walk through the isles no mess no clutter. All in all keep up the good work. Most def. will continue to come back here and nowhere else.

Love this Dollar General, specifically because of the customer service! I’m picky about customer service and the cashiers here always over-deliver! I genuinely enjoy coming here knowing I’ll have a nice chat with one of them, while they promptly scan and bag my items! Y’all have the dream team at this location!!!!!

Very clean store and almost always stocked full when all the big stores are almost always out. Always someone at the cash register and you are in and out quickly. Employees are nice and very helpful!

Great place to shop. So far, it's a clean place. Good deals with the digital coupons. One down side, phone doesn't work in store.

This is a very clean and nice store. It has a great selection with a friendly staff tho at times the lines get packed and it takes forever to check out

This dollar general is one of my fav d. generals to shop because it looks like its based on more food items. I also stop to get some snacks on my way out to tge local parks

Depending on who is working is the type of customer service you get for instance today david was there and one pf the mgrs. They were both. Awesome.
