Spoiler alert: I never found it. Perhaps it's a secret society initiation to locate the exit.

We have purchased a TV and Sound bar two days ago from Mansfield Best Buy. They delivered the items very next day morning. Mr. River, he is the one installed TV and Sound bar both are working good and great performance. We are very happy with Best Buy and Mr. River-a young energetic person.

Recently purchased the Pixel 8 Pro. Never had a quality phone from the commercials. Every color was in stock, set-up was quick and easy, and I'm thinking of returning for the compatible watch.
Also, don't try to pick up the phones that are on display. You will trick an alarm and you will stand there, looking like a thief.

I Love this store. Especially the clearance section. Do not ignore that section, you will be surprised. You welcome. I know you all are saying thank you. Be safe out there everyone.

Very friendly service. Patient with my Father-in-law purchasing phones asking many questions. Held a couple of phones because our local store didn't have any in stock.

Geek squad is great! Wait time for my appointment was very short. Mohammad, the agent was very knowledgeable and explained what they could do to fix my desktop computer problem. Once I made the decision on how to proceed, he was very efficient at gathering the additional product to fix my problem, write up the paperwork to ensure what we discussed would be done. He then gave me a very realistic time frame on when to expect the repair to be complete.
24 hours later, Best Buy contacted me to say the repair was successful and I could pick up my computer. Pickup experience was very fast. After showing me the results of the repair, they quickly gathered paperwork and had me on my way (20 minutes max). Very friendly service, recommended highly.

Amazing experience, wait time 10 minutes I bought 2 laptops for my family in Mexico. I highly recommended

Went in to buy some headphones and was helped by Lauren, she was super helpful and even helped me decide the color!

Kudos to Rob who was so polite and brought my very large purchase out to my car. He made sure to place the very heavy box with the base of the portable a/c unit to where I could pull the box out into the ground, open it and remove the unit and wheel it into my house. So very thoughtful and considerate of him. Thank you Rob at your Mansfield, Texas location!

Good Best buy... The people are always nice... They always seem to have what I want and stock... The checkout process is quick and efficient... The Geek Squad people are always helpful and can answer any question you have... great TV selection... Got a really nice Sonos sound bar.... it sounds great so far... Good Best buy location...

It’s been a long time since I’ve had such exceptional service (shoutout to Natalie). I live kind of far, and placed a pickup in store order (an hour before they close). They got it processed in minutes. I placed a 2nd order for another item I needed (forgot to add to cart)- but it said this order wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. Well, I came in 30minutes before close today anyways, and Natalie helped me. She quickly got my first order out to me. The second wasn’t ready, and instead of making me drive all the way back tomorrow in peak traffic- she quickly got my 2nd order in minutes. She is a pro and she excellent customer service rep. Thank you for making this process as easy and quick as you did. I really did not think it would go this well, between them being down to the last of the items I needed, to the rest. Anyways fantastic service!!

I always find myself inside this place. Not JUST Best Buy in general where I literally milk my bank account and max credit cards here, but I've done these habits quite frequently at this specific store. One might say I'm a serious computer elitist, another might say I'm frivolous with my repeated spending and foolish with my interests in tech. Needless to say, through all of my visits and money spent here, I have had some bumps and moderate difficulties that have questioned if I'd ever return to a best buy again. However, that had changed by a very modest gentleman who is very understanding, and can diffuse a situation no matter how urgent, dire, or hostile it may be and do it very effectively. Honestly, he shouldn't just be the supervisor over at Customer Service. He should at least be a manager, or a primary face of that store. Because he just saved a loyal customer from never coming back again. When I go to best buy, this is a person who I want to see and help me. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and a true dedicated father that supports and performs on all aspects.

We had the pleasure of visiting Best Buy with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. The establishment was free of any slip or trip hazards and was very neat and orderly. While looking for computers we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Antonio, a Best Buy employee. He was very knowledgeable about all the items in the electronics section. He was very professional and courteous and his customer service was exceptional. Mr. Antonio showed a lot of patience as we went back and forth about different items we wanted and others we did not want. Based on our wants and needs he let us know about the items that would best benefit us based on the very reasonable prices. If you're in the area and need items sold at best buy, Mr. Antonio will be more than happy to help.

Looking for big screen TV options. I knew little. The salesman knew everything. Perfect!!

I'm not sure if it was because they were slow or what but I got great helpful service! Amazing deal on a huge TV! They even loaded it into my car this time.

So I bought online Samsung earbuds Pro. Unfortunately, they do not stay in my ears...So I had to take them back and exchange them for something else, and everyone that helped, did just that. LISTENED, and then HELPED me make a better decision based off what I was wanting them for and what actually would fit in my ears....Thank you Best Buy employees!! I am so happy with my choice!!

Extremely knowledgeable and professional saleman. Efren answered all my wife's questions and was patient. We ended up buying two laptops

Our laptop took a spill and the gentleman at the geek squad desk took very good care of us. Word to the wise: always have some kind of warranty on your stuff you buy here. It will save you in case of random stuff happening. Also. If you have to have your laptop sent out to be fixed it could take 3-4 weeks so make sure to have your computer backed up. The good news is Best Buy can do it for you if need be.
