AT&T Store

The rep Jose was very attentive and explained the situation and options very clearly. We were not planning to upgrade but did so because he showed he really cared about resolving our issue. Great customer service!

The best service I have ever had at an AT&T Store!! Daniel was helpful, honest and was able to solve my problem immediately! Kudos to Daniel and this Mansfield location. I will be back. As a 25+ AT&T mobile customer, I highly recommend this location.

I was helped by Mathius and he did a great job. He was super personable and helpful explaining all my questions to me. Derrick & Shun were also helpful during my visit and assisted to make my trip to the store seamless. I would 100% visit this store again.

The customer service at AT&T was awesome.

Excellent customer service. My apologies cannot recall names this time. Had to return a new phone due to being unable to switch carriers at this time. Will keep this location in mind when ready. If can offer Excellent customer service when canceling, they may earn my business in the near future. Male who handled the cancelation and the female who greeted us in the door for the queue. Even went as far as to print the label for me in store. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work. 👍🏽 In store 03/28 (or 03/29/22).

The store is nice and clean. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Christian was extremely helpful, and I did not feel rushed choosing my phone. He was also very professional.

Megan assisted us in transferring our wireless service from another provide to AT&T. She was absolutely awesome: knowledgeable, patient, excellent communication skills. Her explanation of the different plan options and the overall process was clear, concise and complete. She also made us aware of some better options for our home internet service which we took advantage of. We had some technical issues that she was able to resolve - she either knew the steps to fix them, or who to pull in for additional assistance. Despite the technical issues, she made the overall experience fantastic and made me happy with the decision to switch to AT&T.

My mom was needing a new phone, Megan was so professional, and was very patient, and answering all our questions and concerns. And also introduced us to the HBO plan that was very interesting. She has very good people skills, I'm pretty sure she's a good asset to AT&T. I could tell she puts all her heart into it. Reason is I am a assistant plant manager and deal with people every day. Megan is really a top notch!!

Hands down cleanest, kindest, helpful AT&T I’ve been to, and they had quite a few customers in there. I had the pleasure of working with Von and David and was able to sign up for a new line in under 30 minutes. Really appreciate y’all and will return.

MEGAN WAS AN ABSOLUTE BLESSING TO MEET! She helped me with my phone I lost in a lake and was super patient with me when I struggled to get my claim done. She also got me a new SIM card to use while I wait for a new phone to come in to replace. I don’t even have words to say thank you to her, she was truly one of the best and made my experience at this store amazing.

I worked with Lori today she was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. She explained everything step by step to me and made sure I had a clear understanding of my bill and service before I left the store. Lori exudes the professional customer service that customers want and need to keep you coming back. The best sales person ever because she's not pushing or forcing anything on you.

Just updated my phone yesterday. Went from a 6s 64g to a 11 pro 256g. Blake was the associate who helped me. Absolute best experience ever! Dude was nice, informative, and patient with the process and all the questions I asked. I absolutely recommend using Blake, he was awesome! I’m glad he is at the store closest to our house. The store didn’t have the case I wanted but he called and checked inventory of 3 different stores. While he didn’t have any luck, it was still nice of him to go the extra step for me. Great job Blake!!

I went to the one on Broad in Mansfield first and they couldn't really help me so they sent me to the one of Hwy 287.

I hate that I can't remember the gentleman's name. I was passed from one guy to another who said if he can't help you probably no-one can. He really believed in this gentleman. The guy that helped me was a stocky dark skinned black guy. He was very professional and knowledgeable! He was confident but not arrogant. He asked questions before and during his assessment and troubleshooting of my phone. I couldn't do much on my phone because it said my data was full. I left very happy because this guy helped me go from full to 50% of my data space available.

Great customer service and a proficient professional!
