Mohamed gave excellent service resolving my issue in a matter of seconds. The other AT&T store couldn’t figure it and he resolved my issue in a matter of seconds. Very respectful young man as well. Great service will comeback anytime I have issues.

Mohamed was the best at&t employee I worked with. This is a pretty good store and they treat you with respect and are very helpful. The manager Syed was also very helpful.

Excellent service is always good to share being in the service industry . My family and l went to the above store looking for a way to get better wireless service and save money. Met Ricardo and just from the get go he was just wonderful , professional , accommodating and very attentive to our needs. Patiently he went over a couple plans and eventually figured out what would work best for a family of 4 and the best part , am sure like everyone save a little money . He ordered the phones and after delivery the pro he is , set all the phones up , went over all the details of billing , phone features and even took the time to go over the phones with the kids. He also gave us discounts on the accessories. Ricardo , thank you for excellent service and AT&T should have you as a store MANAGER . You are great at what you do. My wife and I was researching which provider to go to from our current one. We seen this franchise store for AT&T and very happy we did. The 2 gentlemen we met were very professional and down-to-earth and answered all of our questions. Manager's name is Syed, very pleasant to speak with. The one we spent most of our time with was Basil B. The store does not use any type of pressure or sales tactics. There was no problems at all transferring from one carrier to At&t. I've been to many AT&T stores and most are good but this one is exceptional because of Basil B. If you want to change your service to AT&T....it is worth the drive to this particular store it will be worth visiting to see what they can do for you.

This store is exceptional! I usually don’t go to a “authorized dealer” but Basil’s customer service in this store is amazing. We went for an upgrade and was kind of skeptical thinking we were going to pay an arm and a leg. He helped us with any promos, offers and deals so we walked out happy. A regulat AT&T store usually doesn’t go above and beyond like he did. He answered all of my questions with no problems. And getting new phones, it was a little confusing. But he knows what he is doing. I didn’t know this location was here but it is not busy like the other locations and was pleasantly inviting. Thank you guys so much!

Arely is the best customer service agent I’ve ever had. She helped me so much with my new account and I wish every employee was like her! She deserves a big raise! She went above and beyond like no other employee ever has. Thank you!! She’s a phenomenal employee and I will continue to go to her store for wireless service!

They were very helpful. I went in to upgrade 2 of my phones. It wasn’t time for my upgrade as of yet so I was looking at paying an early upgrade fee. They waved the fees for me and I got a really good deal on 2 iPhones and didn’t have to pay anything upfront. They really took care of me. I was in and out in no time. Go and check them out! You will not be disappointed.

Excellent service!! I recently purchased a new iPhone and service through AT&T and I was in and out in less than a hour. Both Syed and Taylor were exceptional. The culture in this store, located at 3040 W. Camp Wisdom Rd. in Grand Prairie, is a #APLUS customer service store. Joshua is by far the very best customer service representative I have encountered (No matter the Carrier)!!!
Because I recently acquired DIRECTV services (#NFL), I was prevented from logging into my wireless, Wi-Fi or DIRECTV. I had been frustrated for a month and Joshua saw my dilemma as an opportunity to discover a solution.

Great customer service; took maybe 45 min. To upgrade 2 phones; Teith (sp?) did a great job setting up the new iPhones; gave me very good instructions to upload data from old phone to new one (when I got home)-
I had to call 4-5 different ATT stores to see if they had the iPhone I wanted “in stock”.
This store had what I needed and did a fantastic job with the upgrade, customer questions, options, payment questions-
A great overall experience.

Came to this att after dealing with a 3rd party at Kroger. Teresa was extremely helpful in setting up my phone, changing my passwords so I can sign in and setting up my voice-mail. Definitely recommend coming here!

I came in today and ported my lines over from sprint but my account was having problems. I met with Basil and he helped me through the whole process and made sure everything was perfect on my account! One of the few stores where the representatives don't get mad at you for your problems.

Let me start by saying, my wife and i just went there to compare prices with Sprint. And we walked out with 4 phones...smh.... but it was all due to the outstanding customer service provided by Basil and his staff.
He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of are questions and he made us feel really comfortable with our purchase. He also setup an out of state service call to get my mothers new phone switched out setup by a service tech. Att&t should be very proud of this location (3040 W Camp Wisdom Rd Ste 180, Grand Prairie, TX 75052)...

Came into the store while shopping around, was definitely over the expensive bills and poor service with Verizon. I checked out the T-Mobile store which isn't far from this location, Mr. Syed definitely helped my decision to go with AT&T.

Customer service at this store was really top tier. Manager assisted us with a new line and a upgrade. Associate provided exceptional services.

Went to this AT&T store and they were so patient and helpful! Teresa and Helen helped set up my voicemail when I couldn’t receive voicemails and upgrade me to the new iPhone 13. I definitely recommend this location

This is the only AT&T store I now go to. Theres customer service experience is the best. And there knowledge of all the products is great! They help me understand and solve any issues I might have and make sure to answer all of my questions. Arely was my employee who helped me, please ask for her! I'd recommend this location to everyone!

The representatives Teresa and Helen are very helpful and informative. Upgraded my plan, and saved me money! Would definitely recommend coming here
