Its been a hot minute since I've shopped at a Rue21. My style has changed since then but, it's so refreshing to see that this locations great service has not.

Team member 358733 helped me find what I was looking for, which was on clearance so I picked up that and some.

I was very happy with my experience; the friendly staff that helped me along the way made my trip easy and breezy. I'll definitely have to pop my head in again sooner or later.

This store has amazing customer service!!! The ladies were so polite, and took care of all my needs without any signs of attitude. (Trust me when I say I was somewhat difficult) I highly recommend this store. It's very clean, organized, and friendly. Will be my go to location from now on.

I love this store!! Great prices, beautiful store setup and I love their cologne selections(revert). I highly recommend. The stafff is always so friendly and helpful! Even thou I moved 30 mins away. I still shop at this location!! Love em!!!

The girls were awesome. They have some really good deals going on for pretty much everything. The store was clean too.

EVERY time I've called with loads of questions or needed help in their store, no matter how time consuming, they have been VERY polite & eager to assist! No matter how indecisive I am! I absolutely loooove this location! For some reason, when I go to the location at the Parks Mall....I guess their black & hispanic employees & so-called managers only care about being polite to the white guests. I walk in there...no greeting. I approach the cashier.....I'm looked at like, "WELL? WHAT DO YOU WANT?????" I sure wish I were a Rue21 secret shopper! That entire staff would be expeditiously replaced!!!!

On the other hand, the Lake Prairie Towne Crossing location performs above expectations EVRY TIME! this location should be the company's standard & this location is the ONLY reason Rue21 still has my business! Keep Up the Phenomenal Work Team LPTC!!!

This place is in my daughter's top 5 "I think"! They have great sales and my wallet loves that!
