i normally don’t leave reviews to places but this place deserves 5 stars , if i could give it more i could , the energy this store has is crazy. i walked in and felt like comfortable and relaxed , the lady there was very nice , i only got one thing and she said that’s okay your welcome back anytime even if your not buying anything. and her cat is soo sweet and pretty. and trust me i will be returning and getting more items !!

Incredible customer service!! I bought a beautiful crystal as a Christmas gift for a friend and by the time I gave it to her I couldn’t remember the name of the stone. I called the store and the person who answered gave me their person cellphone number so I could send them a picture and find out the name. Highly recommend this store!!!

My husband and I checked this shop out and we don’t regret it! Wonderful vibes as soon as you walk in! The woman working was super friendly and welcoming! The cats prancing around are hams 😍 great variety of things to buy for your practice. We were even given a free sample of incense which I plan to buy need time I go in. The lemongrass soap is the bomb! Thank you for a experience we won’t forget!!

A gem!! The shop has such a calming energy, I knew immediately this was going to become my go-to place. It's a pretty big store and they have a large collection. All of their items are beautiful, if I could I would've bought freaking everything! The prices are reasonable as well, I was actually shocked, I thought everything was going to be super expensive, but nope! The cats are an awesome bonus, and Angelina was so nice and super helpful! I love this place! ❤ You probably will too!

I had a wonderful experience here! Their jewelry collection is beautiful but I was more drawn to the crystals and herbs and candles. I bought a beautiful sound bowl after the owner gave me a demonstration. The energy that emitted was amazing. Both of the ladies here were so personable, friendly and super helpful. I enjoyed talking with them and will definitely be back! What a lovely little shop! 😍

They are all very sweet people and very helpful. The man who does the wood working is outstanding! He made me an awesome spirit bord and his prices are great! Would recomend everyone to shop here.

This was my first visit there and it had a lot of cool eclectic items. The jewelry was a bit expensive but elegant and unique. Was nice to look at all the items and a lot of candles and herbs available that it hard to find. I would go there more often if it wasn't over an hour away for me.

Ever since I found this place, I have been back every week!!! Walking in the door it is very relaxing. This place has everything I need and what I can't find, they special order it for me! The orders come in very fast so it does not hold up any work you may need to do. Every other Friday, they have a Meditation group that is AWESOME!! Everyone is super friendly and very knowledgeable. This is definitely one of my new favorite places!

The stellar reviews online as well as curiosity prompted me in wanting to check out this establishment. First impressions matter to me and sure enough, I was amazed! Upon entering, I was greeted by three sweet friendly ladies. Very approachable, easy to talk with, as well as knowledgeable! The store is charming with an array of crystals, incense, candles, herbs, etc. I was also greet by Glenda, a beautiful black cat. I loved how they explained each of the cats personalities. Upon making a purchase for some incense, they decided to make me 'gift' customer of the day which was awesome! The experience I had was spectacular and definitely brightened my day up! I echo the sentiment from previous reviews that their establishment will give you a sense of well being. I will definitely return in the near future!

The knowledge of the employees are amazing. I love the selection of jewelry and bought a turquoise ring at a reasonable price. Definitely going back.

Absolutely love it here. I mean it's always a good sign when there's cats, and they're super friendly, but maybe that's just me lol.
Everyone is so welcoming, including the cats. It feels like you belong as soon as you walk in. Everything they sell is imbued with such good energy. And the staff is sooo knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me with everything I needed. This is my go-to place!

A very welcoming store, with helpful staff. I spent a bit of time in there yesterday, and there was a woman there asking about a problem going on in her life. I won't go into detail, but mention it because the staff was great at handling it. Rather than just trying to sell her more stuff, they spoke at length with her to try to get to the root of the problem, and had suggestions that would have seen her purchase nothing there. All the while they were still attentive to myself and the other customers. I left there with a great impression of the caring, amazing staff (and some gorgeous crystals). I will definitely be returning!

I was in Norfolk for just a few hours the beginning of this month. While I was preparing to go through the area, I had found this shop online. I was determined to stop by before I left, and I am so happy that I did! I was feeling quiet anxious when I got there, but by the time I had left I was much more relaxed. The people there were so kind and their loving energy was palpable. I highly recommend stopping by for a visit. If the folks there don't make you happy, their kitties sure will!!! Even if I don't visit Norfolk again, I will definately be shopping with them online. Thank you all so very much for your kindness!!!

I went to Kindred yesterday for a few things. The woman working at the time I went was so sweet and patient. (Esp..with my husband. He kept touching things.🤦‍♀🤣 ) As I walked by the crystal clusters in one of the display cases I felt a surge of loving energy and was drawn to one of them. I ended up getting that one and she put it in a pretty box for me. 💖 Their essential oils are amazing as well. Thank you for bieng open during this time.

I first visited about a month ago with my mom and sister. The kitties are so cute .The lady that helped us was very sweet. We bought stones, Guatemalan worry dolls and my mom bought this giant dragon clock. It was pretty sweet. I will be going back again. They have a really great selection and there is a sense of calm when walking in.

This store is special. It has a variety of items. Singing bowls, crystal balls, candles, jewelry and rocks. So much to look at and a great place to find the perfect gift for anyone special in your life. Strongly recommend checking it out.

I've been going to Kindred Spirit for many years. I have always loved the atmosphere, the good vibes and the way that it smells in there. It takes away all my stress when i walk in there and look around. I'm a big cat lover and I love visiting with the cats even when they ignore me. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I've known Carole for years. Always look forward to coming back and I point others there also.

One of my favorite places to be. I get my essential oils and sage from here. Love the cats there sadly my allergies dont like em too much. Chilled laid back kind of place and of course the lovely ladies that are there are always willing and able to help those on their spiritual journey no matter where they are in it.

The staff is so sweet and they really help you out. I went in kind of clueless but I had an idea of what I needed to get rid of spirits in my house and I was helped immediately. Plus they have cats, who are the sweetest ever! I got my stones and my Palo Santo as well as insight on how to use them all. I'm definitely pleased and I will be back!
