Above and beyond customer service! I need to give a shout to Keyshia Hinton! She had already turned off her lane however she noticed a line backing up and took care of me and another customer! Not only that but she was friendly and took care of us with a smile! Well done Keishia, thank you so much!

I shop there regularly now. A little smaller than the Kroger across the street and I can get in and out in less time and get everything I need.

The food @ the hot bar is so delicious 😋, store well stock and clean

I had the pleasure of interacting and receiving excellent customer service from Nicole and Stephanie. I also want to share how helpful they were towards a customer who was in front of me, who was questioning the price of an item. Some customers were becoming a little bit impatient and instead of feeding into that like most employees do no still Nicole and Stephanie took their time and handle things professionally. Stephanie took it upon herself to help the customer double check the price and she also acknowledged me and told me she would be right there with me. Thank you. ☺

I came in on Mother’s Day to get some last minute groceries and flowers for my mom. For context, I’m 35 weeks pregnant with my first baby. When I was checking out the cashier and bagger wished me a happy Mother’s Day, and as I was exiting the store the bagger (which I am terrible and didn’t get either of their names) stopped me and said he was going to help me put my groceries into my car. I assured him that I got it, but he insisted. He not only filled my car with my groceries but made sure the flowers I got were safely secured in my trunk, and took my cart. It was so incredibly sweet I teared up in my car heading home (thanks pregnancy emotions 😂). Acts of kindness like this are the reason why I travel to this location rather than the one near my home. So thankful for you guys, and I hope they all also had a great Mother’s Day ❤

This food lion was much better then the one we normally go to!!!!! We found what we needed and the employees were wonderful!!!!!

This Food Lion is where I go to when Kroger doesn't have what I am unable find what I needed at Kroger due to stocking problems. I like going to the store where I can find what I need. Food Lion now is the store that I prefer. Customer service is great!

They never have enough lanes open, and there isn't a self checkout. There are not a lot of vegan options.
Other than that, I love this location.

I love only this location at Fairfield Shopping Center. Everything is so clean and we'll stocked. The cashier's when not busy stand out in front of their lane letting customers know they're ready to help. I have compared prices with other stores and save money and have a more pleasant time. No self checkout lanes, just real people greeting you saying hello.

Unlike Kroger, Food Lion has great customer service, carts are always available in the store, cashiers and department workers are always friendly, hard working and very courteous with wanting to assist each customer. At Kroger, you have to get your cart from the parking lot, deal with rude employees that pick orders where they are rude and expect the customer to get out of their way, then deal with typically having only one cashier that gets an attitude when they have to bag groceries and even get more of an attitude if the customer does not bag their own groceries and long wait lines with the managers up front not getting more cashiers but instead tell the customers to use the inconvenient self check outs with a full cart. Again, always a pleasure to shop at the Fairfield Food Lion, but not the Kroger that is across the street.

I'm handicapped and their motorized carts are new and they keep them charged. The store has room to move. I have found the food lion brands are excellent especially the white w/ k corn.

Very friendly service, quick cashiers, very rarely has anything out of stock except they're popular orange label bread is often out of stock. Good fresh produce good deals on meat and great addition to their cheese offerings, Tillamook.

Marissa and LaTorah in the deli/ bakery were absolutely phenomenal! They went over and beyond to get my order right. TY ladies.💐 (I hope I got the spelling correct.)

Always quick and easy to shop at this Food Lion. I've been shopping here for almost 4 years and never been disappointed. The prices are usually lower than other stores and the specials are good. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.

Ordered catering for a Halloween party. It was wonderful. The quality of the food trays were top notch. We ordered the chicken fingers, chicken salad sandwiches, veggie tray, and a cheese tray. Will definitely be ordering again for my next party.

This is my Food Lion. I love how clean it is, how nice the employees are and I can always always find what I'm looking for. And if not the employees are always willing to help. And the atmosphere, will make anyone come back . Just love this store.

Great prices, lower than expected as most of the items needed were on sale. Excellent service, friendly smiles and staff was helpful. Store was clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.
