Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy Store

Stopped in for ice cream last night. Very nice establishment, very clean. Staff was polite, efficient and the ice cream was fresh and delicious.

Staff was very kind and ice cream was gooood!! I'd like to visit again!!

had a bad night, needed ice cream. came in and asked for a “load of sprinkles, please” on my ice cream and they did not disappoint. i did, in fact, get a load of sprinkles. i am beyond happy. overjoyed, even. this will be my new spot for when i need a pick-me-up.

Great customer service! This is significant given there was only one young man working. He expertly balanced the needs of the customers dining in and the customers in line. He also kept working diligently while intently listening to my 6-year-old complain about his recently lost tooth. Much appreciated! 😊

Ordered sundae. Nice milk flavor. Great ice cream. Cherry was bit artificial & the portion is pretty big.

There's a parking lot in the back by the way. Kind of hidden but it's pretty open if you cannot find parking on the side of the building.

Chocolate caramel crunch was the best ice cream ever! They were super nice and the facility was clean. They are open late.

It's not very different from other Oberweis shops, but this is where I go most often. The parking is a bit confusing, but once you figure it out, i haven't had problems. The ice cream is good and I get the most value when I buy 4 cartons. I figure, I don't buy ice cream that often and it's nice to have good tasting ice cream. Good customer service. The prices have slowly risen, but what prices haven't.....

I came into Oberweis on a busy day and I was greeted with pure kindness. A nice girl, Maddie, greeted me with a big smile on her face. She chatted with my kids and I at the register and recommended the perfect flavor for my kids. The store was very clean and I have been to many locations and the staff at the Glenview location put this store above the others. I personally love the brownie sundae and with their small batch release flavor “chocolate lovers dream” it is amazing.

Still best of the best when it comes to ice cream. Tastes like real milk! And the whipped cream is like none other. Only downside is the high price tag but Oberweis is like the Lamborghini of ice cream so you get what you pay for. Staff is always nice and friendly and store has always been pretty well maintained.

Stopped with another couple for an after dinner treat the other evening (our first time but not for our friends). Why have I not tried this in the 10 years that I've lived here?! We loved our experience and the ice cream treats we each had even more!!! I'm checking out the website now so I can decide what I'm going to buy to bring home...see you soon!

The best dam ice cream period!!!!

Delicious name brand ice cream! A bit pricy, but it is a you get what you pay for situation. Inside looks very nice and is very roomy. Tables are clean and everything moves fast! 10/10

I went there earlier this month to buy quarts and maybe a pie for my parents. The shift leader Brandon helped by explaining some of the flavors and helped me carry them out. The cake I was looking for wasn’t on the shelf yet, but he went into the back and grabbed it for me. A worker named Diego quickly rang me up and it was a very smooth and pleasant transaction!

The store's ice cream and brownie pie are the best in the world.

A fun and playful staff if you're willing to strike first! As I always try and remember to tell my daughter before our departure each day, go make the funny honey! Curious why the frappe was not on their menu :-)
