Warhammer

First time in a Warhammer store and won't be my last. David took a lot of time talking with my girlfriend and I going over the hobby with different ways to enjoy it. Look forward to returning once I finish some models for painting lessons.

Incredibly kind and accommodating staff. Dropped a brand new brush I had just purchased into the street as I was crossing, watched some cars run over it, ran back into the store, and was given a new one (always get a bag!). The staff person was also really helpful with answering questions and I am eager to shop there again! :)

I went to the store by myself today as a courtesy for my boyfriend while he was working to get a book and a kit he needed for his game night with his dad and I left with an appointment to learn the game. I walked in being the only girl in the store completely out of my comfort zone and Brian stepped in and asked what I was looking for. He spent so much time with me helping me understand what products were the best ones and then even offered to teach me how to play (my boyfriend was hyped when he found out). He’s very sociable and made my entire solo experience less stressful. I will absolutely go back with or without my partner and I am a little nervous to start the game, but look forward to making new friends!

Great Store! The store is gaming and painting focused with merchandise along the walls. Brian is very helpful and willing to help newcomers ease into the hobby. He offers sessions of painting and gaming instruction per reservation.

A nice place. The manager was very welcoming and everything was in stock.

David is the man. So welcoming and thoughtful. Always trying to ensure you get the most value. Always willing to chat lore and ensure you are fully receiving your perks. I know this hobby is niche and can get expensive but i see this store doing it's part to bring a less intimidating approach. Warhammer models are pricey but the detail can't be beat and when you add it the customer service david provides, it is worth it to me. Spray cans, hobby tools, great paint and more available here. Haven't gotten into the gaming side yet but I'll know where I'll go when I'm ready and with the pandemic slowing, looks like that side of the house is ready to receive me with open arms. Go in, ask whatever questions you have, and you might find a fun little community to enjoy for years.

Really clean and well kept store. David was very helpful and made my couple visits enjoyable and memorable. He suggested great reads and provided good information for a beginner getting into the hobby. Definitely will be making more visits to this store.

Amazing experience going for the first time, not only was the guy working the store super nice and informative but the people painting were also open and helpful. What an amazing atmosphere they've created over there and I can't wait to go back when I'm in town!!

David is one of the most helpful and enthusiastic store managers I've ever met, and a great custodian of the community and the hobby. Would give his store 6/5 stars if I could.

If you can make it to this store and you like 40k, you owe it to yourself to come here at least once. I'm relatively new to the hobby and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I had a great time talking shop about gaming and painting and two experienced players were more than willing to walk me through as I played one of my first games with them. Great community of people. Just go.

First time in the store, we met Marty who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly and accommodating in explaining many aspects of Warhammer to our family. We have a young son and daughter, and he took the time to explain painting techniques and let them paint their own figures. He also addressed all four of us by our first names which we truly appreciate in today's retail atmosphere. Wonderful experience. We will be returning. Thanks for all the help, Marty!

David is incredibly knowledgeable, incredibly nice, and just overall a joy to work with. It's nice to be able to support the local economy instead of just placing an order online. David is the first one I go to if I ever have a question about Warhammer or age of sigmar.

Stopped by today with my boyfriend (his hobby). David was very personable and well versed in the world of Warhammer. He made me feel included and now I’m excited to come learn a little more about the gameplay, the factions and learn to paint models. Thanks David!

Great place for an introduction to Warhammer. Definitely has the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable people. First party so prices are always MSRP, a bit higher than secondary market. But easily one of the best places for a new release and excellent customer service.

Perfect stop for anything Warhammer and Games Workshop related items. Has a full collection of lore books, miniatures, painting supplie, environment pieces, etc.

The storerunner (I believe), David, is an outstanding resource for anything you could want in the store and overall a very nice guy.
Also, the store has 4 tables set up if you would want to bring in your own armies and play!

Fantastic hobby for young and old alike. Combines model building and painting with video game-like play. I've been to a few Warhammer/Games Workshop locations, and this one hold up their high standards. They not only have all the materials you need to get started, but will take the time to give you a free painting lesson and patiently answer any questions you might have.

My son had a model that didn't come out quite right, so they owner showed him how to rescue it from the garbage with the use of an epoxy like modeling computers and some details sculpting tools. Also gave him a lot of tips for painting.

Then, I asked if he could show us the mechanics of they game play and how to get stated. He took the time to give us a tutorial and familiarize us (mostly me) with how the "system"worked, and how each model has different abilities and strengths. I must say, the Warhammer Game isn't that difficult to learn, and the extensibility with different characters and forces makes it a combination of Risk and Magic: The Gathering. Plus collecting and painting the models is just good old fashioned fun!

The prices are a bit high, but not really when completed to video games There is a premium, but that price comes with seemingly endless patience to explain how to paint and play, and the opportunity to return for painting help and game play on their expansive game boards.

Highly recommended as a fun activity for kids, families and an alternative to electronics and video games.

After recently moving to the area, my young son and I got the chance to come in this past week. He’s loved this hobby for years and building, painting, and playing with him will be one of the father-son memories I’ll cherish forever. When we walked in, his eyes lit up. A bit of time and several hundreds of dollars later, we locked down both birthday and Christmas presents this year.

The passion and knowledge of both David and Tyler was really evident. They answered all our questions patiently and talked with us the entire time about the hobby.

This isn’t a hobby shop with a Warhammer section tacked on. This is a dedicated shop with true experts running the place. It’s an amazing place and we’ll certainly be back soon.

Awesome shop. Everyone is super friendly and supportive. They give laid-back painting lessons for free, and the people in the store are equally friendly and helpful. Very positive atmosphere, very civil place to have a game.
