Went to our local Cricket in st Augustine, FL and had the great pleasure of Stephanie’s customer service!! It wasn’t crowded and she took about 25 minutes and patiently and courteously turned on our new phone!!! She always has a beautiful smile and a beautiful voice, besides knowing everything!! 🙌

Last time, we got real lucky and had all THREE of our favorite Cricket employees…..Stephanie, Christopher, and TJ!!

This company should reward these fine employees in a BIG way….and soon!!

I recently went in the St Augustine store. Stephanie was very knowledgeable, patient and very nice, especially to an older woman who knows nothing about technology. I felt more confident leaving the store knowing how to use my phone. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee, like Stephanie!

My name is Clifford pamies ,I have dealt with many phone company's but wow this cricket that I deal with has been the best ever . The hospitality is so great I recommend my friends here all the time. Most of all the employees are the best,one in particular Stephanie has been number 1!! For me. Please keep up the work y'all do.

Kimberly is honestly the best! I came in asking for a phone they didn’t have. she took my information and called me the next morning to let me know they had it in stock and it was honestly the quickest most convenient experience I’ve had with a phone company. Love her personality! you need more like her.

I have to say, I was surprised and relieved at the incredible level of customer service I received at this store. I walked in very distraught because I had basically flushed my phone and so there was no choice but to start over. Nicole was amazing. She didn't try to "over sale me," she gave me clear and comprehensible advice and even explained things that I just simply didn't understand about LG and gigs etc. She advised me on getting a good "water proof" phone that fit my budget! LOL! Thank you Nicole. People would be crazy not to search you out when considering a new service or new phone. I have just sent you two new clients and I'm sure they will feel the same way.

Johnathan and Alex gave us some awesome help today, helping my blind friend who wanted to switch to a newer iPhone. (We got good help from another man too, but I don't remember his name. Staff is just wonderful). Great place!

We are on vacation and my husband's phone cracked. He filled out a claim and had the phone send to us here.
We were having trouble transferring everything from the old phone to the new. We went in for help, Alex (the manager) was very helpful, courteous, and fun.
He also helped with a few other questions our cricket at home couldn't do.
What a wonderful experience!!!

I would like to rave how wonderful this store is, I was dealing with another company that was constantly trying to find ways to charge more rude , less than helpful, a teck person told me about the Cricket store, how different they were at 1000 s Ponce De Leon at. St Augustine around the corner from my previous terrable phone company. And I did and have experienced such a difference bought a phone there for considerably less the people there, specifically ( Alex and Moly) are so helpful , and patient have helped me many times I so highly recommend this store six star plus for fantastic service and product thank you thank you thank you !! Loving cricket so far. Had the best sales associate jay recka made my transition from verizon to cricket so easy and managed to meet all my needs and wants in service and in a phone. He Made sure i was covered in all areas from getting me my same phone number to all the accessories. I walked out of there happy and excited to not only save a ton of money but to also have some piece of mind that all bases are covered. Thanks jay your customer service was Supreme and delightful. By the way good upsale too i dont think theres anything in your store i didnt go home with 😄. Super 5 star rating from this customer .thanks again guys.

I don't ever mind going into this business the staff are so helpful and friendly they are also super knowledgeable about all their phones and have always walked out happy with every question and concern ever taken care of.

Purchased new phone from Jonathan .He took the time to transfer my data to the new phone and made sure it worked even though it took more time.Thank You for great customer service.Have made around 5 visits to this store ,never left disappointed.

The blond girl that works at that store is a great asset .She helped me out with a phone that I upgraded and wouldn't function properly.After Microsoft and Cricket support couldn't get it fixed ,she did .From all the reviews I read I believe her name is Nicole,because other people comment how great she is .Thank you for your efforts and time.
