Vicki at the checkout and photo area truly went above and beyond. Her patience level & kindness was on full display. She was so helpful when trying to capture our TWIN four month old passport photos. We remembered her from two years ago when she helped with our then 2 month old daughters passport photos. She is so sweet, caring and down right just an amazing human overall!

Jessica the pharmacist (Ponce de Leon CVS St Augustine) was phenomenal. My daughter left her insulin at home while we were vacationing in at Augustine. She worked diligently to get the approval for insulin while we were on vacation and even facilitated getting the supplies at another store as they didn’t have enough supply at her store. She even printed out the address to the store so we would know exactly where to go. She was our saving grace in a very stressful situation. A special Thank you to Jessica (Pharmacist)

The staff and pharmacists are a great team. Even though they fight the shortness of staff they always make the trip pleasurable and tried to meet the demand and need as best as they can. I recently moved and drive 20 minutes. They care about the patients!

Friendliest staff and wonderful service! The manager was extremely helpful in assisting me with a return, and the store itself was as clean as can be.

I love this pharmacy. I especially love William,Ed, Jenna. They helped me with getting my meds even if I couldn't get it. And when I was having a reaction to something Ed took me straight to the medications I needed. William and Jenna are always there for if I need a refill or if I need one that's on stock there awesom. Absolutely love them.

My cvs wouldn’t help me transfer my prescriptions while out of town and they nicely did everything for me no problems.

Yes, the check out line is slow; however, it is a nice opportunity to talk about everything from what is ailing you to personal lubricants with the other patrons. It is also exciting, as just this past Friday two men pulled off an armed robbery. They do a great job under difficult circumstances.

CVS is an excellent pharmacy. Even when they are short staffed, they are gracious and even have doggy 🐕 treats for your fur babies!

This place is amazing always great service and one time i was having a panic attack in their parking lot and a worker walked by and gave be a tumbs up or down i gave an up within five minutes i was out of my car and in the store buy from them. It's important to support the people, and the teams that renforce this type of behavior

went in for a vaccination and on the minute clinic computer it said i was going to be seen after marcys lunch but suddenly she saw me before and thats service and convenience to a t if i ran my own clinic i would do the same thing and most importantly it was free WHOO GO MARCY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My favorite Pharmacist Liz is being transferred to a different store. She is a kind, helpful and very professional, sorry to see her go😪
