The Home Depot

It is a Home Depot like any other Home Depot. If you have been to one you have been to them all. That may sound bad but it is actually a compliment as the brand keeps its consistency. The only thing that was upsetting is that the brand and type of firelog I was looking for was not available so I had to go to the competitor down the road. Otherwise, this place is my go to.

Delivered the supplies we needed and put it in the backyard so we didn't have to transport it very far. We used the materials to build a shed and we were able to get it delivered the next day. Love this Home Depot. The associates are always helpful and kind.

Hello, my name is Rosemary Hartley and I’ve spoke with a manager by the name of Alex. I wanted to give a letter of recommendation she was top notch manager. She was the only manager that was there and was able to help me get my order and actually have it on hand considering I had ordered this since September 26 of 2023..She did all the research and all the legwork just to make sure that I would get my order. Home Depot, needs more managers like her and I think she should be a district manager of the store someday.

I love this store, everyone wants to help and you can find almost anything! Prices are fair and sometimes they run special deals! And they opened 4 new self checkout out lanes and now checkout is super fast!!

I had a very pleasant experience at Home Depot Keller，especially services provided by Jan who works in tools department.She was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. Because of her services I will visit the store again.

Went looking for screen / storm doors. Even though I won’t be purchasing through them because they didn’t have what I was wanting. The staff was super helpful in answering all of my questions.

I was sent to this store from another because they had 12 ft skeleton light kits the other store promised they had the skeleton bats also. When I got here they didn't have them out yet but the worker said he would try to find them for me. He had them Pulled down for me! I had 2 small children with me and I am SO thankful to not have to shuffle them from store to store. Amazing costumer service! He deserves a raise I wish I would have gotten a name.

Lots of new plants

Hey went to go get a replacement valve for my toilet, but was excited to see all the animated Halloween and Christmas Displays…a ten minute trip turned into a hour long excursion🤣

The customer service was awesome. I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance to lift a heavy bag of red mulch. The cashier was pleasant to deal with. The aisles were wide and the cart wells had plenty of carts. In all likelihood I will be returning to this store.

My son bought fence material at the Keller, TX store #6548 but when we went to get the rental truck it wasn't working. When a store employee heard what had happened, she went around the store looking for an employee with a truck. She found someone, the HR (?) who was willing to take our lumber to our home. She said the employees at this location tried to make sure every customer had a great experience and came back. Both employees' names were written down on the receipt but it was lost. I will not go to any other Home Depot, in fact no other hardware and lumber store, now and highly recommend this store. For new Texans, it was a great welcome.

Josh in the paint department is the absolute best! I go to home depots all over dfw and there are a ton of great employees in the paint department, but no one is as professional and helpful as Josh. He's helped me several times and his professionalism stands out every time. I can't help but take notice of that. He deserves props!

I'm impressed with this home depot, Allegra was extremely helpful she could've greeted me, but I don't care because she went above and beyond what she had to do to help me.

This was an in and out visit. Product was easy to find and the cashiers are always helpful.

I’m giving this store 5 stars because of the great customer service I experienced from Lynne and Lesli at the Pro Desk. While the people at the 800 number could use more training. Lots more. Lynne was excellent at trying to solve the problem with my account and even followed-up this morning. Lesli was also great as she worked with us to ensure everything was on point. Will definitely go back, will avoid the 800#. In today’s world where Customer service is really horrible, it’s a great feeling when someone makes you feel like you matter. I hope Home Depot realizes what great employees they are and recognizes them.

Found a Milwaukee wall mount box for my work van. I've been to 5 other Home Depots and came across it. Too cool. Friendly service.

always been the best place to find tools and plants along with inflatables created for holidays which are decently enjoyable to look at. There is a random cat that lurks in the plant section if you see him make sure to say hi because it is a very friendly lovable cat ❤! There are definitely many selections of plants and a bunch of selections of tools… my dad probably considers put his will money towards power tools in Home Depot lol. 10/10 , staff are nice , tools and plants well treated along with decorative furniture and interesting eye catching features along the ways :).

I don't think it opens at 6am on Saturdays, I'm sitting here at 6:15 and garden center is still shut.

Hopefully someone fixes the operating times.
