This is the second time we ( I’m a dog trainer and come with a pet parent and pup) have been to our location and will definitely be back. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. We love that they are pet friendly and ENCOURAGE it. It is a great place for friendly socialization for the pup.

I love this place! You can find a variety of different items, from hardware to Christmas cards! Camping supplies to cooking goods. I can't walk out without buying something! Great location with great customer service.

Great staff and great selection. They have a little bit of everything. Everybody was super helpful and courteous and smiling faces. I’ve come back multiple times to ask Joe about paint and plumbing. Ruth was also very helpful in the past.

Same stuff as Lowe's and Home Depot rebranded as Ace. I forgot to add this one, you can take Craftsman tools back to them if yours break.

You can get practically any home repair needs. Great store, helpful people.

GREAT Customer Service! This is the place to buy a Weber grill. Very knowledgeable person walked me through the feature I had questions about, obviously had first hand experience.

I had a very positive experience at Westlake Ace Hardware yesterday. An employee named Scot, took very good care of me from the moment I approached him. Scot was very knowledgeable, professional and kind when I asked for his help. He helped me locate the product I needed to fix my problem, and he even did a price check for me when I suggested I thought I might be able to get it at a lower price at Walmart. Turns out, the price at Ace was actually way less expensive than Walmart!
Hold onto Scot, He's definitely an asset to Ace!

Much faster, better stocked, better service, more convenient vs the giant mega stores. Pet care and hallmark store also inside this Ace location. If you're looking for great bargains join Ace Rewards and keep the app on your phone.

I love Ace because it is close to my house. They also sell Hallmark cards and gifts. Plants and hardware, paint and hats

All the associates there are really friendly! Had at least 4 people ask if they could help with anything. This store is also very clean, you don't often find that in a hardware store.

This place has a lot of things the Big Box stores don't, while lacking much they do. The service and advice is usually quite good and they are much more readily available than trying to chase down someone at a Big Box store. They offer coupons in the junk mailers and for people on their Rewards program email list. Those prices are often more competitive than the Big Box stores - and they usually will honor expired coupons. They also run great sales. They stand behind their products and I have never had a problems returning anything.

Randall in the Hub repair shop is fantastic and very reasonable.

Great little hardware store. Has what I need, that special item, spring, screw, or widget when no one else does. Good planting items but pricey. Glad Ace is still around.

I go here because i always get excellent help. This trip was a plumbing issue and the salesman was able to fix me up with what i needed. You cant find that at big box stores anymore! Ace is always my first stop.

The employees are very helpful. 1 that works in plumbing took time from fixing a customer's part to help me find the part I needed. I didn't get his name but I will. Thank you for your help.
