Dollar General

Edmond filled all my needs and helped me navigate my way through an unfamiliar store. Coming from a generation where customer service still means something, he went above and beyond to make sure my grocery list was filled. Thanks Edmond!

I always go into this Dollar General, and Mrs. Shaw is the sweetest lady that you will ever meet. She is very kind, respectful, and Always helps me with whatever I need, when I'm in the store. She is often the only one working in the store, and running everything on day shift, and In my opinion she needs a raise. I absolutely Love Mrs. Shaw and it's an absolute pleasure being able to see her when I go shopping. She's a Joy to speak with. She will absolutely brighten up your day. ❤❤❤❤🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

First it's close to my house tonight I was just wasting time. To my surprise they have really stepped up their game in house decorations but not their prices. Got a few cute thing with the help of a sweet girl that was stocking that aisle. They had good music playing too. An the young man that I assume is the manager was being so helpful to this older lady.i left very happy.

I came in last Saturday for some inexpensive dish soap on our way out to a camping trip at Blue Hole Park. Heat was already hitting us. I entered the store and found what I needed right away. The store was clean and organized, the prices were legitimate. However, at the time, the stores Air Conditioner must have had issues. The very reason I'm writing this review is because of what I noticed. Though it was hot outside and in the store, there was an employee named "Hannah" that caught my attention. She pointed me to where the dish soap was, but when I asked her where to find it she was helping an elderly lady cool down and get comfortable. Apparently, the customer lived nearby and walked to the store but when she arrived, the store was hot as outside. Hannah was offering a place to sit and some water when I asked about dish soap. When I was ready to check out at the register, she had already helped select the elderly woman's items. She stopped to cash me out, but immediately afterwards, she went right back to helping the elderly customer.
I write this review so others can see, and I've brought up Hannah's efforts at church. Sometimes things go wrong, but my visit for dish soap shown me, and others a lot.

Fantastic selection and friendly staff members! Very clean and sanitary environment, I love the product size of the food items as I don't always have the biggest appetite. Great for the essential needs and extras for all ages.

I just wanted to brag on a young lady at this store I think her name is Shaw (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) but you just don’t find customer service like this anymore. He helped me find a few things and even walked me to them

Seen those dollar general go through alot the 10 years I've lived across the street. Really like the current staff. Cool and work hard considering they get alot of shady people coming in there.

This is my “second” favorite location (due to distance). :) The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great selection of items. Convenient hours. Well-maintained, clean, and well lit location. There is very easy access and ample parking.

Thank you to the nice gentleman that rang up my 5 year olds toys. He was so patient with him while he paid for his purchases. Your kindness and patience made it an enjoyable experience:)

They had Lysol!!! I haven't seen any since February! Plus it's one of the most organized and cleanest I've seen in Broken Arrow or Tulsa. An employee even asked if I needed help! 🤯

As a Vendor for many Dollar General's, Ryan Chastine is a very courteous, well mannered, professional, considerate gentleman who always has others interest in mind. Very conversational and knows the business. His staff ROCKS! They are fun and helpful. They show respect for others. Always enjoy coming and knowing I'll have a meaningful conversation with any of them. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK PEEPS!!!!

They always have new things in stock. Problem is, we had began using some cool looking contact paper, for the walls in our master bath, which they can't seem to get in more once we started.

Mrs. Shaw was amazing. Educated me on how to save and informed me with the DG app! Amazing customer service.

Usually a good soda sale. Large eggs that are actually large. Fair and competitive pricing without having to walk 2 miles inside a store after a long day. Need I say more? I think not.

This is the cleanest most well-organized and stock Dollar General I've ever been in. The manager is very very kind, helpful, he takes his job seriously and it shows.

Every time I've been in this store, they are always stocked and do not have boxes all in the isles! The service is always addressed with a friendly hello when you go through the door.

The store was in great shape. Well stocked and organized. It looked great. As usual the employees were very friendly.

Smaller stores are easy to get in and out. Long lines move quickly. Parking is never an issue. Friendly staff.
