I am a computer dummy and I got this young lady name Elva and another young lady in this AT&T San Gabriel Ca. store helped me set up the phone I just got from AT&T even I didn't buy from her store , she has such a kind and nice heart to help and explained everything , keep it going , and have a bright future coming on your life time ahead . We had a great experience adding a new line to my account as well as doing our trade in for new device. Frank the manager was so helpful and the other young ladies working there were very friendly as well upon arriving we were greeted and helped out immediately. The manager Frank arrived and started helping us process the trade in for our device! He is very knowledgeable and provided a great service made the whole process such a pleasant experience for us!

Sherry sales consultant do a good job for my family. She talk patiently for my mobile family plan and explain all the good deal regarding about the phone line and trade in for a new phone option. In addition, she is very conscientious in the performance of her work since she helps me and my family members transfer the phone data from the a phone to a new phone. Thank you for your assistance!

Just came in to transfer my number from Tmobile and I must say the service between both stores is night and day. I met with Frank and he made the transfer so much easier. His team is Amazing as well, everyone is very attentive to everyone that comes in the store. If you are ever in the area make sure to speak with Frank he is Amazing.

Thanks to Sherry's help, I can pay less to upgrade my phone plan. She help me to explain the charge of my bill patiently. What's more, she gives me some advises that not only I can upgrade my phone plan, but only I can pay less after the upgrade. The most pleasurable experience of that day is the pay less to upgrade my phone plan.

The employees are nice, speak bilingual English and Mandarin, the employee Chris Xu is a very nice guy, friendly, warmly, Very patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend my friends to go to this store for a better phone family plan!
