Best Buy

Purchased a new dash camera and used Best Buys auto installation department. The rate to do the hardwire install was so inexpensive and the time that it took was quick! I had to write rave review for the service technician, Jose. This guy was amazing. The options he gave really made the difference in how perfect this install was. Jose was present. He was patient and very professional. I immediately went into the store and spoke to a manager (Brianna) and told her how impressed I was with my initial meeting with Jose. She mentioned that she would inform his manager, Frank. Great employees like Jose are the reason I keep coming back to this store and company. Great job Best Buy.

Best Buy is the last electronic store. I used to visit the West Los Angeles store on Pico Blvd, but I like this Pasadena Foothill Blvd store a little more. I said that I am a loyal Best Buy customer. Purchased many house appliances and computer and electric equipment, and DVDs/CDs in the last 30 years. Best Buy can get an idea for what's the latest and greatest computers, TVs and electronics in the market. Put this place to visit for your electronic shopping wish list.

One of my favorite spots to go to or shop online. Whether that's during a sale, deals, Black Friday, etc. I have even gone here just to window shop (at least when I was younger), because I love their displays for physical media, TVs, video games, etc. For the most part, customer service has been great to me every time I've come here, so no complaints. That being said, I'll keep coming back and I hope physical media continues to be a thing here.

I went in looking for a TV and received great advice and customer service from Shane B. He recommended a LG 48" A2 which prioritized my most important features but kept it within my budget. For delivery and installation Jennifer and another member of the Geek Squad (forgot his name, sorry) did a fast and professional job.

Britney(I hope I spelled correctly), in store, has excellent customer service! She helped restore my faith in Best Buy. I expressed this to her supervisor Brianna. The call center was rude, contradictory to itself and not helpful

I brought my desktop tower in for an ssd drive swap and some extra RAM. Nothing too tough. Antonio checked me in. Super knowledgeable, gregarious and efficient; no easy task when he was the only Geek Squad person there. I mean C'mon Best Buy, can you staff up?

I believe Richard helped me when I came to pick up, and he went over everything he did. Very professional.

Best Buy is a great store, especially this location!

I was immediately greeted by Chris and my visit would have been longer if not for his help. I was able to purchase exactly what I needed and was out the door in 10 minutes, great visit, thank you Chris!

I was watching a short documentary about the best buy CEO and how he managed to keep all the stores open when majority of consumers turned to online shopping.
He had noticed that consumers would come to the store to check out an item and to see it in person,, but would go back and order it online since it was less expensive. What he did was he offered price match with online stores like Amazon, now you don't have to wait for shipping, best buy will match the price for you, now this isn't something brand new, but it is how they managed to stick around these days.

I was on the store website browsing to purchase a blender, after reviewing and comparing the two models that i wanted i noticed i can pick it up same day from the store, so i drove down to purchase it in person.
When i got there, i couldn't find what I had came down for, i saw two associates standing around near the tv station , i was hesitant to ask them for assistance since i knew the response that was to follow "sorry i dont work at this department, let me get you someone who can help" however that was not the case, both guys rushed to m6 assistance, they scanned the bar code and went down to hunt the item for me, they even checked back to make sure they were looking for the right item, since the display didn't match the price tag. After few short minutes they came back with the blender i wanted. They even helped me with checkout, so i didn't have to wait in line to check out.

Much better customer service than i was used to by best buy associate.

I had questions about E bikes and had answers quickly needed help on how to attach my go pro to my helmet and got shown the correct stuff to make it happen great folks Best Buy has stuff and help and answers even to my stupid questions thanks again

I went there for information on SSD drives very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was shown several purchase options. Helpful, good customer service!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is one of the best locations I’ve ever been to. They’re fully stocked, the workers are super friendly and helpful, and they have great deals on laptops. Also having working display laptops was wonderful so I could see how the screen looks in real life (brightness, etc). Love this Best Buy.

My rating on this Best Buy store will be a five-star the reason is that the customer service is great plus all my electric components are bought from Best Buy store this location is located at Jefferson we call it the Fox Hills Mall plus this place has many choices of restaurants , Pleasant to come to this store everybody is professional and the customer service is Beyond expectations.
Other thing we love about the store is the Selection of electronics, my daughter loves the computer section and I love the TV section.

Truly is the Best Buy. I come here to buy anything and everything. Essentials, clothing, groceries, entertainment. They also sell devices like TVs and phones, but it's only a side thing

The staff are helpful. We made an order online, but we arrived early to the store. The staff suggested we could cancel the online order and get the same item in store, so we don’t need to come back again.
