Came in to get a new snowboard package initially. Evan was so amazing and knowledgeable! However I ended up leaving with a new board, bindings, boots, gloves, goggles and a bib because their prices are so good!

Some items are on big discounts, some not. The later in season, the better.
Entry-intermediate level equipment. Got sli boots, pants, thermals, beanies, gloves over the years. Helpful staff, place is fair.

I recommend you visit this place for ALL your ski and snowboarding equipment. After searching at several shops, I came back to this place because of the price and selections available. I purchased a complete snowboard package with boots and bindings along with a helmet and jacket to complete my ensemble! Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and the snow sports as well. You can also find sleds of all types and sizes for non-skiers/snowboarders

100% Recommend the store for everyone. Guys who is working there can explain everything can help you everything they have nice chairs when you can try any boots 🥾.
They have a lot of boots they have tons of ski snowboard equipment glasses gloves and every team what you need for snow summit.

Can't beat this place for price on boards and skis. They have consistently had the best pricing each time I've bought new equipment.

The employees that assist with boot and equipment fitting are also incredibly knowledgeable about the gear they have in stock and are great at recommendations. I'm super skeptical any time someone is selling something so I double checked everything they said and it all checked out.

I was just about to write a "raving" review on how awesome and knowledgeable the employees at this store are when I saw Jack Wu's review. I happened to be in the store when this ridiculous "incident" happened. All I can say is that you, Jack Wu, and whomever your companion was were SO incredibly RUDE! I can't believe I over heard you threatening to call 911! Are you serious? The employees that were trying to help you were doing everything in their power to appease you and YOU were completely unreasonable. How dare you threaten someone's livelihood by calling 911 for something so absolutely ridiculous
I even thanked the employees for being so professional when dealing with you and your companion. Pay no attention to this unreasonable person. This place is awesome!

Niko got me and my husband hooked up with two great sets of gear. Only took us about two hours from the time we walked in to the time we walked out with our brand new gear and headed up the mountain. Great shop with tons of selection and knowledge. Thanks Niko!

I was in the store on Friday when this incident happened and I saw the employees trying very hard to help the customer. The customer Jack Wu was very rude and demanding. I agree with the woman who said it was unnecessary for the customer to call 911. I am in Customer Service and this customer was out of line. Shame on you Mr. Wu. Why would you waste taxpayers money to call 911 because you didn't get your way when there are real emergency's going on in the world? Shame on you! You obviously have zero concern or regard for hard working people and find it amusing to threaten someone's ability to take care of their family by trying to get them fired or arrested, all because you didn't get your way. Shame, Shame on you!

They have a lot of snow clothes and gear. They even have skies and snow boards on the second floor.

Kaylee was so pleasant. She had so much patience that was the first thing I did in the day was go this to the store and she pretty much started my day off so right much love and appreciation to this young lady she's about her business. Helpful Squad great team of employees. My second time there and they're consistent they're great. Go check them out.

I brought my son's snowboard in for a tune up. I had just bought it from offerup and the base was in bad shape... Evan did a beautiful job. It looks brand new. I highly recommend this place for their knowledge and customer service. It was the end of the season so selection was understandably slim but I will return in November. Thanks Evan

Great experience! I arrived about 20 minutes prior to opening at 11am on a Thursday, after about 5 minutes a nice lady arrived and spoke to me. She advised they would open soon. Totally knowledgeable staff, professional, and super friendly. Answered all my questions and gave me choices based on my experience and desired ride performance. I took advantage of the Snowboard Package Deal and also upgraded the boots and bindings for my comfort. Did not feel upsold or understood, just the best equipment for my budget, needs, and skill. Highly recommend for your snowboard and skiing needs!

I love this place! The salespeople are so helpful and their service is wonderful. I bought a ski jacket that I loved there. The first time I wore it the pocket ripped. I did not even fall to cause it. It was a manufacturing flaw. I could not find the receipt or the labels/tags as I had taken them off in the hotel and they had emptied the trash that day. I took the jacket back to the store only wanting to replace it because I really liked it. The salesperson said they were sold out and asked if I had the receipt or tags. I did not. I was really upset wondering what that meant, but she kept looking for the jacket. As she continued to look behind a rack of jackets she found one and it was my size! She then took the torn jacket and gave me the new one and that was that! That's what I call customer service!!!

Came here a few years back and bought most of my gear here. I really enjoyed the place, the customer service was great and very helpful. I got some quality equipment that kept me dry. I still use the same equipment when I go snowboarding and planning on coming here next week to buy a new jacket and a new pair of pants. But definitely recommend this place if you don't want to spend alot and get good quality equipment.

Small selection but a great place to try on boots so you know that they fit. I wouldn't recommend getting a board here but the apparel is usually a pretty good deal. In general it's a good idea to cross check other online outlets to compare prices on specific items and determine how much more you're willing to pay to get the exact item that you are trying on.

This store is great and has everything you need for ski, snowboarding, and sledding. The employee that helped us with boots was very nice and helpful. Pricing was competitive and they have new and used boots.

Great friendly service. Craig is very cool and knowledgeable. Got me set up and going with a new Ride snowboard, K2 boots, Giro helmet, and installed my Ride bindings in all less than 40 minutes. Awesome.
