Great new location! Adeel was working and he took great care of me. Fantastic customer service, very friendly and personable. Felt like I was chatting with an old friend. And located conveniently on the way to and from flower mound. Highly recommend this location for all your UPS needs!

2 minute stop but deserves a 5 minute review. The cleanest and nicest smelling post office/UPS store I’ve been to. Very professional staff, they worked quick and the lady helping me made sure I took a pic of my package for tracking number as it was something she couldn’t give a receipt for - I wouldn’t have even thought to ask or take a pic myself.

We moved our business to the area 2 months ago. The owner Aamir has been an enormous help. He knows my name, greets me and always assures me he can take care of any volume I bring in. I told him I needed a new professional tape gun, he said try this and if it works out, then pay me for it. You just don’t find someone with customer service at this level, these days. I highly recommend using this store.

As a long time resident of Flower Mound, I have used the services of both UPS stores on Long Prairie Road for mail boxes, printing and sending packages. They have always been helpful and friendly. I was thrilled to learn of their new store in Lakeside. No doubt the services and employees will be just as outstanding as the other locations.

Just shipped a big batch of corporate gifts and the owners and staff could not have been more helpful! From helping me to select festive packaging, to suggestions of how to safely pack the goods, recommending which shipments could save $$ by going USPS, and finally efficiently entering everything in their system and helping to secure the packaging. So happy with everything!

This is new store and is neat and clean. Convenient location. Quick and fast friendly service. I usually do Amazon returns on the way to my work. I sometimes get printouts and send fax from ups stores in flower mound.

Mr. Sajjad, the owner is an incredibly responsive and polite person. He works patiently with customers to get them the best price and the best product. I would never go anywhere else for the services he provides.

Great experience! I had several gifts of chocolates to ship, they helped me find the right box and bubble wrapped them for me. So friendly, I enjoying visiting with them as we processed the transaction. Went back the next day and had the same experience! My go to place!
