Home depot has the dopest bathrooms EVER!!!!! There's nowhere else I want to experience waffle house rocketing out of my leather cheereo at warp speed than in a home depot restroom!!!! They are always clean, always have the best tile and fixtures (go figure) and there's never anyone in there. So if you indulge yourself in the occasional pleasure moan when you wipe, like I do. You don't need to be ashamed, just let it out!

Update: Still 5 stars .Picked up a truck 2/6/24. Wayne who checked me in is amazing. Solid 10 out of 10 service from him.

This Home Depot location is awesome.

After a disaster with a local with a moving truck company resulted in driving to multiple locations and not receiving a pick up truck I reserved a week in advance.

I stopped in at Home Depot. Not only did Home Depot have a truck but their team provided the best customer service. Home Depot you saved the day. Highly recommend tis location.

Right before the holidays and Jessie (she might have been a manager) was so helpful she walked me around finding everything I needed when I had questions everybody was willing to help even when I didn't know the names of items they took their time to figure out what I was talking about. I highly recommend this store it was really clean and organized LOTS of professional people here.

The item I was struggling with to get to the checkout was difficult - big and unwieldy - and Ezra spotted that and asked if I'd like some help. I gratefully accepted, and he picked it up as if it were marshmallows, waited for me to check out, and then carried it all the way to my car. If Ezra doesn't get lots of brownie points for this, HE SHOULD! Thank you for hiring him - he is GREAT!

After an unsuccessful visit to the competitor, Dad and I went to the flower Mound location and got excellent customer service from Kelly and Mike in the lumber department. They were both knowledgeable and took care of us while valuing our time. We then went up to the register and had an amazing experience with Donna, who not only took care of us as customers but treated us as human beings with friendly conversation. She also talked a little baseball with us that we both appreciated.

I work here, so I'm a little biast, but it's a nice store, and associates are very helpful.

Oh man, how many times have I been in this place? I should start just working here... Anyway, this is a good Home Depot that typically has everything I need. The curbside pickup option is really helpful (especially for my wallet since I can't go cruising through the clearance section) and is a nice addition to their services. Thanks COVID! They've always gotten my stuff out to me at the designated pickup spots and in the one instance where they missed one of my items, they were apologetic and brought it out to me when I came back.

I do wish that they did have a Tool Rental department here, but the Lewisville Home Depot is close enough if you need any rental.

The DIY Kids' Workshops are so fun and well thought-out! Our kids don't have much exposure to construction or woodworking right now, so they really enjoy doing some out of the ordinary each month. The employees are always helpful and patient with the mass influx of adults and children that descend upon their space to hammer, glue and paint! Today Melissa was no different and my kids enjoyed the Heart Strings project!

My boyfriend and I went in and was greeted by every employee we passed with Good morning and can we help you find what you are looking for. Customer service Wow!!! Good job Flower Mound Home Depot!!!👍👍👍👍

I had an issue with an online order that I had shipped to and then picked up in the Flower Mound store - I found a part was damaged when I got it home to install. I called the store and there was initially a bit of a runaround since it was an online order. I eventually got in tough with Lorenzo, one of the managers there and he quickly made things right and found the part at another store an arranged for a swap. He turned a less than great experience around with a phone call, I would highly recommend Lorenzo and the FM store, they know how to treat customers right.

I want to send a huge thank you to Bill who is in the plumbing department today. He was an amazing help - going above and beyond - finding all the parts and explaining the options I had available to get my bathroom sink working again. He even helped me separate an old piece to show me exactly what I needed to do. I wouldn’t have been able to untighten that piece if my life depended on it. He won a lifelong customer for the store today! Thank you!!

Recent Visit to Flowermound Homedepot was just a great experience due to the Assistant Manager Braydon Conney and an Associate Jose M who could able to help us with our needs.
Excellent customer service experience.
Right from the entrance, the Lady's warm welcome and a young man's warm welcome made us feel welcomed!!!

This Home depot had the items I was looking for and it was the closest location to the job site. Found an extra tool I wanted. Gotta love Home Depot, it's never a simple trip to the hardware store!

Good prices and better customer service...it is very cute and sweet to see soo many young people working, being responsible and cordial. Love this location!

My boyfriend went to this location after returning to his local Home Depot in search of 12 ft skeleton. He had been to his local HD three times today and once last night around 830-845 pm because they had two in stock but couldn’t find the pallet. They would not let him buy it or reserve it. On his last trip to his local HD, they told him they had actually sold them right after he left the night before and reserved the other one to someone else. So he went on a whim to this HD and they were so kind, called another one in the area and reserved a skeleton for him to pick up.
He doesn’t remember their names but to the woman working in customer and the assistant manager tonight, y’all made my season. Thank you 🙌🏻

Have started shopping here instead of the North Irving store. It’s a little closer to my house and generally seems a little more clean and organized.

Purchased a new dishwasher last week and had a very positive customer service experience throughout the sales process.

Its amazing how many things you see when walking the aisles that you suddenly think you need that you didn’t a moment ago.
