The lady from England was very helpful and had a washer and dryer ready for us as soon as we arrived as we had called her and let her know what we were going to purchase. The purchase was quick and easy.

I love buying furniture from Bacbcock Been with them since 2013 and paid off twice and always go back to get something else. The dales reps are very nice and easy to deal with. Bacbcock works with you and very understanding if there’s a hardship.

I came here to buy a dinning table. I am satisfied with my purchase. This place is not ideal for you if you're on a budget. You must come prepared to spend 1k or more. If you wanna be cheap go to Facebook market place or Craiglist.

I bought a tall dining table with 2 extra chairs. They brought the high table with 4 high chairs and too small chairs. Still makes no sense to me why they brought the extra chairs small when the table was tall. They didn't have a problem exchanging them. It took them a while to do so though. Today I finally received my two tall chairs and I'm satisfied.
