I cannot believe anyone would say anything bad about the staff at this 5600 Walgreens. I have used them for years and they are always great with anything I need. They are always pleasant to me. I have never had any problem at this store that we could not work out. One of the pharmacists name is abbas and he is great. He really cares about his customers. I have worked with Donyae,Alisha,Lucie and Lauren. Everyone I have had contact with have been great with me. This is a very busy store and people should take that into account before they start writing bad reviews. I could not believe what I was reading about them so I wanted to write on here they really are doing a great job. Some people aren’t going to be happy no matter how good anyone is to them

Abbas is the best at charlotte pike location. He does such a amazing job always very helpful 👏. Very patience understanding always very professional. He took time out of his busy night to make sure I was taken care of. For a med that I could not be out of. Such a wonderful employee going above and beyond for there customers. Just speak to the staff and they will try to accommodate you as best as they can!! Love my charlotte pike location.

The clerk at the photo shop/fed ex return counter located at 5600 Charlotte Pike was so very helpful yesterday. She was patient and resourceful with the needs for all her customers. Employees like this is what I live for. She was courteous, respectful, and jolly in doing her job. I just wish I caught her name. Thank you!She made my absolute day!

Whoever the cashier was there today a little after noon is a true angel. I went into a full mental breakdown due to something that happened before I walked in and started sobbing at the counter. She comforted me and said something I needed to hear in that moment. What would freak most people out or cause them to get awkward made her show her genuine compassion and love. GIVE HER A RAISE! ☺

I like Walgreens. I like a lot of their products too. I also find their staff friendly and helpful. Some of their sales, well I end up spending to much money but at this time of the year, I can always find stocking stuffers and or items for birthdays.

Sam and Elma in the photo department were amazing!!!! So helpful and great right before the holidays!

I have found the pharmacy staff to be courteous and helpful every time. Sometimes they are very busy, but they wait on people as soon as they can .

I visited the store today around 4:30pm the cashier they have up front was the most respectful and friendly person she told me she was new and was learning the register I must say she caught on quick for the 1st day keep up the good work Shanta you will be a GREAT MANAGER one day

Stephanie the shift leader was very helpful answered any question I had and made sure my experience was amazing glad to be served by her and will return anytime for that exact reason

The pharmacy is always busy... Because they are the best in the area. I go out of my way to go to this Walgreens because of the pharmacy staff here. They are quick and friendly in my experience. The only times I've ever had to wait is when they were slammed in drive and in store, or had "needy" customers.

Great store! Every time I come in the staff are always very friendly! Also, the place is consistently clean and tidy.

Tabitha and Tarrus were both very nice. Clean store with tremendous selections of all the medicines, food, snacks, drinks, bathroom supplies you need. 5 stars

Standard Walgreens! Picked up some toothpaste! Clean & has basic amenities!
