I had a great experience today. Dr. Rania was exceptional and very friendly. It took me less than 5 min to get my prescription. Thank you and keep up the great service.

Great for quick stops. Never very crowded. Friendly pharmacist and workers back there. Applied coupons for me before without me even asking them to.

Lately, I am unable to speak with someone on the phone without holding for more than 15 minutes at a time that is if they don't hang up on me. And then when I do speak with them they can't confirm if they have a product in stock or if they are able to release the medicine without calling me back within an hour. Its incredibly frustrating. I am going to have to take my time sensitive prescriptions elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, in person and long hold time on phone, if you needed meds to live, you'd probably die.

If you're looking for a retail store maybe this could be it, if you're looking for a pharmacy then this is not the right place, they're always either out of stock or closed/closing, their answer for both situations is figure it out by yourself, go to another store, download the app and keep track of when the prescription will be available and so on. They're not rude, I won't say that, they're actually nice and friendly but the root cause of the problem simply goes beyond. Having this pharmacy near my place it's the same as having nothing. I've spent more in gas hoping from store to store than if I simply ask my doctor to send my prescription to another pharmacy chain which I'll from now on.

This place sucks, can't get a pharmacist on the phone directly. they're automated system just keeps rerouting you and when you do finally get to the pharmacists you are put on hold for 20 minutes or longer. All just to verify if they have a medication that my other pharmacy didn't have in stock. They never did pick up.

Fortunately I called Walgreens on Corbitt and FM 1463 and they answered the phone right away and had my meds.

Can’t get anyone on the phone to answer my questions. Can’t get past the automated system. I’ll have to drive up there to ask oone damn question. I guess I was 15 min from lunch. So they refuse to answer so they can go to lunch. I’m switching my pharmacy store. This customer is the worst ever. This is absolutely unacceptable!!

Called on the phone to ask about a shipment and the person was not listening to what I was saying. And would give out random information not even related to what I was requesting. Very bad customer service!

Cant believe it. I was trying to avoid the long line picking up a prescription over the drive thru and when I arrive to the counter they close the curtain on my face. Is true this was at 8:11 but this is exactly the time I make from my car to the counter. We never know the relevant is our work until you meet the results.

And the results of a pharmacist job may be life or death
