Javier was excellent in providing customer service. He greeted as I entered and responded “sure. I can help you with that” when I inquired about passport photos. He was patient and pleasant the entire time. I will likely frequent this CVS instead vs Cane Island/traffic given the kind service. I hope the pharmacy is just as pleasant. Kudos to Javier. He should get a raise - takes pride in his job. That is hard to come by these days. Thank you.

Edit: Yikes - looks like poor experiences on the pharmacy vs retail side. I’ll give it a shot and follow up.

Courteous staff, very accommodating and helpful. Visited several times and have had nothing but very professional staff. Went for COVID19 vaccination recently and the pharmacist onsite, Manal, was knowledgable and answered all my questions. Was in and out in ~ 20 mins.

Here to me they have the Best Customer Service they have gone above and beyond; I have used CVS from Jacksonville, FL to Katy, TX. The one in Jacksonville the people were always rude. But here they are always cheerful and pleasant to work with their customers.

Her customer service is great and she takes time to help people when they ask questions she answers them patiently. Parisa work at front cashier should get raise.

Edjohn was a fantastic help at the pharmacy for my girlfriend. He help consult and decide what medication she could take to not counteract her current medication.
