Mike assisted me with printing docs from a secure email and taught me something new about their app! (bar codes to print shipping labels & drop off) I would’ve saved a ton of time yesterday had I known this one day earlier 🥴 Mike was so kind and patient with me, as well as very knowledgeable in his job. I’m looking forward to super fast label and drop off next time! Thanks again!

I've been coming to this UPS Store for years and they have always treated me well. They actually know me by first name.

The staff and management has improved tremendously. They offer many services beyond the usual UPS shipping, like P.O. boxes, passports, Xfinity drop off, mail shredding, notary and etc...

Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Clean, never a long line (or the line moves fast), competent employees, and my packages always arrive on time.

Just a huge shout out of THANKS for how much your group of women helped me yesterday!!! You have a wonderful Supervisor and staff that are always as helpful as possible and don't always get treated very well. Some bad days leak into others lives unfortunately, and we all have to deal with it at times...

The backstory is; I'd broken my toe 2 weeks ago and had tons of "bad luck" since then...
The day before, I couldn't find my wallet and had been having difficulty with a return worth 80 bucks! Was the last day to post the return as well!

The short of it is, that you ladies helped me in many ways this day and it made me cry after I got home, but in a good way! 😅
You showed me there's still caring people in this world and it really really made a difference for me!

And the thought of trying to make it to the bank and back, in under 20 mins, with a broken toe and a huge flip flop thingy on; I seriously was ready to bawl from all the injustices in the world (😫🥺😤) and why they always seem to come in GROUPS until you just want to scream! 😱😭

Truly a staple for the community. A store, that knows how to take care of their professional and non professional client’s needs. The big plus a team that was very polite, professional, insightful, and attentive to details!

This store was immaculately clean and the staff members were all ready to assist from the moment I walked in!

I travel extensively and this location is among the best for its professional look and for how the staff really goes the extra mile for the customer. I could not get over how tidy all the areas of the store were based on other locations I have visited. Wow! Just...wow.

The store manager Nadea went well above and beyond yesterday for us. I was in another town and really needed her to help me get some materials packaged and return and she did a phenomenal job of educating me and helping make that happen can't say enough about how great the staff was at this location. Customer service has definitely lost its place in the workforce and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they took care of us.

I have no words to thank Nylah for the kindness and the professionalism she showed yesterday. The (very) little parcel that I had to send to Italy was extremely important, and she took care of the shipment and all the details promptly with expertise. Thank you, Nylah.

Another amazing customer service! Ms Devony helped me to re-pack and fix the mess I made with some of the stuff I had to ship... Thank you. This place is really a little gem.

Of all the UPS stores we've been to this was the absolute best. We had some complicated legal documents that had to be witnessed, notarized and shipped overnight to New York. Nida, the store manager, was so efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough, that she made the process, whIch we thought was going to be complicated and difficult, go easily, quickly and seamlessly. While there we observed their excellent packing and shipping operation, which we noted we’d use in the future. They also sell greeting cards, office supplies, and shipping containers of all sizes. It's a large, well thought out, well supplied UPS store. We got there early, but the place filled up with customers quickly. Social distancing marking were in place and observed. All the employees wore masks and all were professional, friendly and clearly work together happily as a team. A Five Star UPS Store. So glad we found it.

Super friendly and fast service. I always come here to ship the things I need and Amazon returns , the staff always greets me and helps me out to their best abilities. Nida is always a big help to me as well! Aaliyah also is very sweet ! Great customer service.

I went there a few weeks ago to get some documents notarized. They could not notarize my pictures but the service and staff was exceptional regardless. I was acknowledged by different staff members while waiting and the notary made recommendations on where I could get the pictures done.
They are the perfect example of a happy working place.

I had the best experience with UPS Store #0467 and its manager, Nida. I had to ship a piece of furniture to New York and I don't live locally in Florida. All details had to be handled by the UPS store. They arranged local pickup of the furniture item, beautifully packaged it for freight shipping, and scheduled delivery to have the shipment arrive to NY in three days time. There were so many instances where this scenario could have been a complete disaster! I needn't have worried. Nida expertly managed the transaction from start to finish. Absolutely flawless! And the most professional, protected, packaging I've ever seen. I'm one happy customer! Thank you for paying such attention to detail and exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this store and its shipping services.

Fast & friendly Service, selection, location. Easy returns,

I had to send 3 boxes filled with miscellaneous items. When I told the clerk I had three boxes, he immediately offered to help take them from the car. The staff then worked together to make certain all items were packaged well. The store was busy with numerous customers and all the staff was helpful and efficient.

I went to the UPS location on Wed, Dec 2nd and had the privilege of meeting the sweetest woman Devonya and she was just sooooo kind!!! I wasn’t able to get my task completed because I was missing the address so I had to return today, Dec 3rd and had another fantastic experience with Brooke & Sandy!!! These 3 women are what makes this store worth bringing your business to!!! Thank you Devonya, Brooke, and Sandy for your kindness and going above and beyond to serve people with love!!!

I rarely leave feedback for a business unless they are exceptionally good or bad. In this case I am very happy to give high praise for the UPS Store #0467 on Village Blvd in West Palm Beach.

I especially want to call out its manager, Nida, for her exceptional communication, thoroughness and handling of a very fragile object that I purchased from The Auction Gallery of the Palm Beaches on Dixie Highway. Nida seemed to go out of her way to make sure I was well taken care of.

It quickly became obvious that customer satisfaction are not just rote words but integral to how this business operates. I was always treated courteously, professionally and promptly. It is almost needless to state that pricing was very fair and the quality of the materials and packaging was top notch.

If you have shipping needs in the Palm Beach area don’t hesitate to check with Nida at this UPS Store location.

Great service. We had to arrange for our dad's things to be picked up at a specific time and shipped to San Diego CA. Dave at this UPS store in WPB was wonderful and understanding and super efficient. Our family really appreciated it.

Careless package handling, poor customer service, and incompetent employees!

After speaking to the store manager, I must say she’s very good at her job! She apologized although after a lengthy conversation, the fault was not her own. UPS drivers are not doing their job! Something must be done.

Devony was extremely sweet, patient and offered amazing customer service to myself and my husband. We just moved to FL 3 weeks ago and this UPS is the closest to our home. We will be back again and appreciate the help we received. Thank you.
