Being that this is a 24 hour store and the location is by far one of the most convenient and easy to access locations, I am very grateful for this store being here!

Last night I went this Walgreens and it turned out I lost the my card holder with all of my cards and driver license also there was cash . And the next day, after I searched many places, I came here. The staff found my cards and there was still money in there. everything was returned to me safe and sound. Thank you for Walgreens night shift staffs and wish you all great prosperity and all the best 🤗🤗🤗❤❤❤

This was going to be a 1 star review.

My first visit tonight involved the pharmacy not filling a prescription for my wife, because they "lost" the prescription. The pharmacist couldn't find the 'script, but the tech had seen it in the queue. I left, after speaking with the manager.

My wife was able to speak to the pharmacist over the phone. Turns out the electronic system is glitchy, go figure.

I returned, the pharmacist went out of his way to get the 'script fill, and expedited the process. He explained the issue to me, and apologized for the inconvenience. But he made sure, my wife got the medicine she needed, and that is the important thing here.

Great service,visited the clinic and got my medication quickly at the pharmacy, although they are very busy they still went over my medication with me and were kind and worked as quickly and safely as they could. I come here often and never have any complaints myself,but I see rude customers quite too often but the employees are always respectful. People have forgotten their manners and society encourages foul language and behavior unfortunately.

Montoya was AMAZING! She helped us so much with passport photos and we couldn’t be more grateful. She was extremely professional, patient, and kind with both my husband and I and our 3 year old son. I would suggest anyone come here for services and photos! David at the front was very professional as well with customers. He encountered two very unruly people and was extremely professional and kind. I overheard the entire situation and the customer was actually rude and mean and he was genuinely concerned and wanted to help resolve any issues they had. I would always come back here if I needed anything as I felt they were so accommodating.

Tiffany N administrated both my COVID shots and let me say she is AMAZING! I was terrified to get the shot because I have a fear of needles but she made it seamless, fast and painless. Tiffany I cannot say thank you enough. You’re the best!

Great selection, shelves always stocked. Pharmacist and staff friendly but they do get very busy. Manager quick to help at registers. Frequently find crew in store not hiding in break room. Restrooms are clean. The only negatives I have seen are customers that ignore "one way" traffic signs in the parking lot and how busy the store can get.

This is a great store. My favorite in the Katy area. Associates are nice. Manager is beyond knowledgeable and friendly. Always clean and well lit. Beauty consultant if you need one. Shelves are always stocked.
Online order pickup is easy. Fed Ex drop off/pickup, and photo print available.

I received my 2nd Moderna vaccine today.

The Pharmacist, Wag Sloo is wonderful!

She gave the first injection as well my second.

She goes well out of her way to go behind the counter to help customers.

Best Pharmacy by far out of every other around . They are friendly and helpful and fast . I am a caretaker of older individuals who are diabetics and need insulin syringes . This is the only place where they were helpful and didn’t treat me like a criminal or something . That’s why I will always do all of my shopping here !

I visited this location today and received great customer service. I had a problem with a product I purchased. Ms. Letia called Ms. Chantel to the front and she handle it to prefection. She explained to me the policy and helped me out. Ms. Letia asked about my daughter and engaged me and conversation while Ms. Chantel processed the transaction. Great job.

Pharmacy and convenience store. I will also like to add that they have a wide range of makeup/cosmetics m, shampoos, natural hair grooming products. The grooming electronics section is also great. A wide range of pain relievers, medications for cold and flu, multivitamins for the whole family as well as resident pharmacists that’s available 24hours. There’s also drive through service and they offer huge discounts and store points with every purchase. What am I missing? You can enlarge your pictures and also get gift cards there.

I’ve been going here for the last ten years & Tara Arrasmith has always given my family & I superb service! She’s always been super willing ALWAYS to go the extra mile for us. She’s always smiling, informative and encouraging. She’s such a great asset to this Walgreens Pharamacy location. Tara, if you’re reading this THANK YOU!

Don't forget to pickup a red nose thru May 24th for only a buck and help reduce poverty. This pharmacy has been my choice for years. The staff is very couteous and friendly. They always have what I need when I need it at fair prices, but you gotta catch those sales to get the best prices. Of course, don't forget to get a rewards card and use it.

Arrive around lunch time to get medicationsome filled. Oneven prescription was out. Wendy took the extra 5 minutes to call around and found a store that still had some. Put a transfer in for that prescription and all I needed to do was go pick it up. Thank you Wendy for going the extra step.
