I see a lot of bad reviews online with the service, but when I came here, I did not have any bad experience at all. I came in and checked if they had the jacket I wanted, and they had 1 left, and the Sales girl was pleasant. I would come back if I'm I'm NYC again. The only thing when I went 11/2022, there was a line outside to get in. Hopefully, that's not a thing anymore since covid is done.

Best best best best! Can I tell u how good I looked today walking into the courtroom. Frankie Shop rocks. It’s become my go to for classic with a hint of trend and comfort. So flipping good. Rich. Beautiful. Contained. Classy. Boss. I was interviewed by the Wall St Journal about the oversized blazers which was very cool. And one time in Soho I stopped in the shop to repurchase a blazer I’d bought before because my cat scratched it, met the owner, and she discounted my entire purchase… how cool is that! She is AWESOME, REAL AND INSPIRATIONAL. SHE HAS AN EYE toward TAKING THE COMMON TO this delicate place of uncommon, but not too much… just a little hint… a whisper…. I was just in Paris and went to the shop there, it was packed with people and all things good. Bought the most classic and uncommon drawstring trench and felt BEAUTIFUL IN PARIS…. I literally had the coolest coat. Thank you for making us so hot‼ Recently bought this amazing sequin rugged dream of a shirt. Wow. I can’t wait to wear it. I may just put it on right now just to be 😎 awesome.

Update to review for Feb 2024. Visited my favorite store and Sasha helped me! She is from Bulgaria and was sooo helpful and kind!!! Thank you. Introduced me to a few new awesome pieces. Thank you.

Love this cozy store. Feel of French style, many flattering pieces, checking it out often to catch the sizes and almost always end up with a few pieces (pants/jackets/shoes). Jacket and pants from the store (belt my own addition &style twist)

really friendly staff, especially the sales rep Jay was super helpful and sweet with me and he was able to help style me for my business dinner! he has great taste

So let me dismiss all the negative feedback here. This is the greatest store. I love everything in it. My first visit was yesterday Alana was there and she was a pleasure to work with so helpful. I just wanted to put a positive review because this was a very pleasurable visit and shopping experience.

Not quite sure why so many haters gave 1 star when the staff were nothing but amazing. Alana was helping me and she was so sweet, professional, and not pushy. I got multiple items and am super happy with my purchase. The quality is excellent but Alana made my shopping experience extra special.

Great spot to shop and beautiful space. Good chilling couch for partners to wait.

I read the reviews prior to going to Frankie Shop and was pleasantly surprised how great the customer service was. First off, I rolled in the store looking pretty raggedy and they treated me first class top notch and I love my purchase! It's a fairly small shop and the customers weren't that polite but I can't ding the store on that. Will visit again!

Love the Paris store too. Close to my other favorite stores, Assembly (Ludlow), and Pilgrim (Orchard Street). It's nice to have good stores on the lower East Side. This ship is Paris Chic! I love coming here. I've purchased sweaters and dresses that I still wear all the time. Great. And Reasonably priced.

I loved shopping in store today. I bought a knit & trench and found they had a good range of products, brands & sizes. The SAs were helpful and pleasant, too!

The owner is very nice. She carries unique pieces. I love this co-ord I got from her for an event last summer.

LOVE the clothes on The Frankie Shop! I finally saved up and bought the hour glass jacket. I can't wait to wear it out. Customer service was very helpful and responsive. Great experience. Will shop online again soon.

The staff there was very nice! I bought a piece but decided it wasn’t the right size, went back and the store accepted my return with a full refund and still treated me very nicely
